And Jehovah said to Ahijah, Behold, the wife of Jeroboam cometh to ask a thing of thee about her son; for he is sick: thus and thus shalt thou say unto her; for it shall be, when she cometh in, that she shall feign to be another.

And the LORD said unto Ahijah, Behold, the wife of Jeroboam cometh to ask a thing of thee for her son; for he is sick: thus and thus shalt thou say unto her: for it shall be, when she cometh in, that she shall feign herself to be another woman.

Now the Lord had said to Ahijah, “Here is the wife of Jeroboam, coming to ask you something about her son, for he is sick. Thus and thus you shall say to her; for it will be, when she comes in, that she will pretend to be another woman.”

But the Lord had told Ahijah, “Jeroboam’s wife is coming to ask you about her son, for he is ill, and you are to give her such and such an answer. When she arrives, she will pretend to be someone else.” -

When she came, she pretended to be another woman. -

But the LORD had told Ahijah, “Jeroboam’s wife will come here, pretending to be someone else. She will ask you about her son, for he is very sick. Give her the answer I give you.”

И сказал Господь Ахии: вот, идёт жена Иеровоамова спросить тебя о сыне своём, ибо он болен; так и так говори ей; она придёт переодетая.

але Господь сказав до Ахії: «Ось іде жінка Єровоама, спитати тебе про свого сина, бо нездужає. Скажи їй те й те. Вона ввійде до тебе перевдягненою.»

Господь же обявив Ахії: Ось ійде супруга Еробоамова поспитати про сина свого, бо нездужає; скажеш їй те й те. Як же ввійшла вона переодягнена, -
І Господь сказав до Ахійї: „Ось приходить Єровоамова жінка, щоб запитати від тебе слово про сина свого, бо він слаби́й. Отак і так бу́деш їй говорити. І станеться, коли вона вві́йде, то вдаватиме чужу“.

Но Господь сказал Ахии:
— Жена Иеровоама идет, чтобы спросить тебя о сыне, потому что он заболел. Ответь ей так-то и так-то. Придя, она будет притворяться другой женщиной. -
25 І сталося, на п’ятому році царювання Ровоама проти Єрусалима виступив Сусакім, єгипетський цар,
