and refused to obey, neither were they mindful of thy wonders which thou hadst done among them; but hardened their neck, and in their rebellion made a captain to return to their bondage. But thou art a +God ready to forgive, gracious and merciful, slow to anger and of great loving-kindness, and thou forsookest them not.

But You are God,
Ready to pardon,
Gracious and merciful,
Slow to anger,
Abundant in kindness,
And did not forsake them. -

They refused to listen and failed to remember the miracles you performed among them. They became stiff-necked and in their rebellion appointed a leader in order to return to their slavery. But you are a forgiving God, gracious and compassionate, slow to anger and abounding in love. Therefore you did not desert them, -

не захотели повиноваться и не вспомнили чудных дел Твоих, которые Ты делал с ними, и держали шею свою упруго, и, по упорству своему, поставили над собою вождя, чтобы возвратиться в рабство своё. Но Ты Бог, любящий прощать, благий и милосердный, долготерпеливый и многомилостивый, и Ты не оставил их.

І відмовля́лися вони слухати, і не пам'ятали чуд Твоїх, які Ти чинив був із ними, і стали твердоши́ї, і настанови́ли собі го́лову, щоб вернутися до своєї неволі в непо́слуху. Та Ти Бог, що прощаєш, Ти ласка́вий та милосе́рдний, довготерпели́вий та багатомилости́вий, — і Ти не покинув їх!

Они отказывались слушать и забыли о чудесах, которые Ты творил среди них. Они стали упрямы и поставили вождя, чтобы вернуться в свое рабство в Египет. Но Ты — Бог, готовый простить, милостивый и милосердный, медленный на гнев и богатый любовью. И Ты не оставил их,
