Bildad: Man Cannot Be Righteous
And Bildad the Shuhite answered and said,
And Bildad the Shuhite answered and said,
Підхопивши, Валдад, савхетієць, сказав:
Dominion and fear are with him; he maketh peace in his high places.
Що ж є початком? Чи ж не страх перед Тим, Хто звершує все на висотах?
Is there any number of his troops? and upon whom doth not his light arise?
Тому хай хтось не вважає, що є зволікання до розбійників. На кого ж не надійде від Нього засідка?
And how should man be just with God? Or how should he be clean that is born of a woman?
Бо як смертна людина буде праведною перед Господом? Хіба хто-небудь, який народився від жінки, зробить себе чистим?
Lo, even the moon is not bright; and the stars are not pure in his sight:
