I Will Exalt You, My God, the King

{A Psalm of praise. Of David.} I will extol thee, my God, O King, and I will bless thy name for ever and ever.

Хвала. Давида. Я вознесу тебе, мій Боже, Царю, і благословитиму ім'я твоє по віки вічні.

Every day will I bless thee, and I will praise thy name for ever and ever.

Щодня буду тебе благословляти, і хвалити ім'я твоє по віки вічні.

Great is Jehovah, and exceedingly to be praised; and his greatness is unsearchable.

Великий Господь і хвали вельми гідний, і велич його незбагненна.

One generation shall laud thy works to another, and shall declare thy mighty acts.

Рід родові діла твої буде славити і возвіщати про твою могутність.

I will speak of the glorious splendour of thy majesty, and of thy wondrous works.

Про пишну славу величі твоєї і про чудеса твої розповідатимуть.

And they shall tell of the might of thy terrible acts; and thy great deeds will I declare.

Про силу діл твоїх страшних говоритимуть, і я буду розповідати твою велич.

They shall abundantly utter the memory of thy great goodness, and shall sing aloud of thy righteousness.

Будуть звіщати славу великої добрости твоєї і будуть оспівувати твою справедливість.

Jehovah is gracious and merciful; slow to anger, and of great loving-kindness.

Господь ласкавий і милосердний, повільний до гніву й милістю великий.

Jehovah is good to all; and his tender mercies are over all his works.

Добрий Господь до всіх, і його милосердя перед усіма його ділами.

All thy works shall praise thee, Jehovah, and thy saints shall bless thee.

Хай, Господи, усі діла твої тебе славлять і святі твої нехай тебе благословлять.

They shall tell of the glory of thy kingdom, and speak of thy power;

Про славу царства твого хай оповідають і говорять про твою могутність,

To make known to the children of men his mighty acts, and the glorious splendour of his kingdom.

щоб дати синам людським твою силу і пишну славу царства твого.

Thy kingdom is a kingdom of all ages, and thy dominion is throughout all generations.

Царство твоє — всіх віків царство, і влада твоя — по всі роди й роди. Вірний Господь у всіх своїх глаголах, святий у всіх своїх творіннях.

Jehovah upholdeth all that fall, and raiseth up all that are bowed down.

14

Господь підтримує всіх тих, що падають, і всіх зігнутих підводить.

The eyes of all wait upon thee; and thou givest them their food in its season.

15

Очі всіх на тебе уповають, ти їм своєчасно даєш поживу.

Thou openest thy hand, and satisfiest the desire of every living thing.

Ти розтуляєш твою руку і насичуєш усе живе якнайкраще.

Jehovah is righteous in all his ways, and kind in all his works.

Справедливий Господь у всіх своїх дорогах і милостивий у всіх своїх ділах.

Jehovah is nigh unto all that call upon him, unto all that call upon him in truth.

18

Близько Господь до всіх, які до нього взивають, до всіх тих, що до нього взивають по правді —

He fulfilleth the desire of them that fear him; he heareth their cry, and saveth them.

Він учинить волю тих, які його бояться; заклик їхній почує і спасе їх.

Jehovah keepeth all that love him, and all the wicked will he destroy.

20

Господь береже всіх, які його люблять, а нечестивих усіх погубить.

My mouth shall speak the praise of Jehovah; and let all flesh bless his holy name for ever and ever.
