Vow and pay unto Jehovah your God: let all that are round about him bring presents unto him that is to be feared.

Vow, and pay unto the LORD your God: let all that be round about him bring presents unto him that ought to be feared.

Make vows to the Lord your God, and pay them;
Let all who are around Him bring presents to Him who ought to be feared. -
