And in Salem is his tent, and his dwelling-place in Zion.
Мій голос до Бога, — й я кли́кати буду, мій голос до Бога, — й почує мене!
There broke he the flashings of the bow, shield and sword and battle. Selah.
В день недолі моєї шукаю я Господа, до Нього рука моя ви́тягнена вночі й не зомлі́є, не хоче душа моя бути поті́шена:
More glorious art thou, more excellent, than the mountains of prey.
згадаю про Бога й зідха́ю, розважа́ю — й мій дух омліва́є! Се́ла.
The stout-hearted are made a spoil, they have slept their sleep; and none of the men of might have found their hands.
Ти де́ржиш пові́ки оче́й моїх, я побитий і не говорю́.
At thy rebuke, O God of Jacob, both chariot and horse are cast into a dead sleep.
Пригадую я про дні давні, про роки відві́чні,
Thou, thou art to be feared, and who can stand before thee when once thou art angry?
свою пісню вночі я прига́дую, говорю́ з своїм серцем, а мій дух розважа́є:
Thou didst cause judgment to be heard from the heavens; the earth feared, and was still,
Чи навіки покине Господь, і вже більш не вподо́бає?
When God rose up to judgment, to save all the meek of the earth. Selah.
Чи навіки спини́лася милість Його́? Чи скінчи́лося слово Його в рід і рід?
For the fury of man shall praise thee; the remainder of fury wilt thou gird on thyself.
Чи Бог ми́лувати позабу́в? Чи гнівом замкнув Він Своє милосе́рдя? Се́ла.
Vow and pay unto Jehovah your God: let all that are round about him bring presents unto him that is to be feared.
І промовив був я: „То стражда́ння моє — переміна прави́ці Всевишнього“.
