Moses Breaks the Tablets
And it came to pass, when he came near the camp, and saw the calf and the dancing, that Moses' anger burned, and he cast the tables out of his hands, and shattered them beneath the mountain.

Moses Breaks the Tablets
And it came to pass, as soon as he came nigh unto the camp, that he saw the calf, and the dancing: and Moses' anger waxed hot, and he cast the tables out of his hands, and brake them beneath the mount. -
So it was, as soon as he came near the camp, that he saw the calf and the dancing. So Moses’ anger became hot, and he cast the tablets out of his hands and broke them at the foot of the mountain.

Moses’ Anger
It came about, as soon as Moses came near the camp, that he saw the calf and the dancing; and Moses’ anger burned, and he threw the tablets from his hands and shattered them at the foot of the mountain. -
When they came near the camp, Moses saw the calf and the dancing, and he burned with anger. He threw the stone tablets to the ground, smashing them at the foot of the mountain.

Когда же он приблизился к стану и увидел тельца и пляски, тогда он воспламенился гневом и бросил из рук своих скрижали и разбил их под горою;

І як наблизився до табору, побачив бичка й танки, тож запалав гнівом Мойсей та й кинув таблиці з рук і розбив їх під горою.

І сталося, коли він набли́зився до табо́ру, то побачив теля те та та́нці... І розпали́вся гнів Мойсеїв, і він кинув табли́ці із рук свої́х, — та й розторо́щив їх під горою!..

Подойдя к лагерю и увидев тельца и пляски, Моисей разгневался. Он бросил каменные плитки, которые нес, разбив их на куски у подножия горы.

Коли ж він наблизився до табору, то побачив бичка й хороводи. І Мойсей, запалавши гнівом, кинув зі своїх рук дві скрижалі й розбив їх під горою.
