Darby Bible Translation

New International Version

  • Joyful Thanksgiving

    And in that day thou shalt say, Jehovah, I will praise thee; for though thou wast angry with me, thine anger is turned away, and thou hast comforted me.
  • Songs of Praise

    In that day you will say:
    “I will praise you, Lord.
    Although you were angry with me,
    your anger has turned away
    and you have comforted me.
  • Behold, God is my salvation: I will trust, and not be afraid; for Jah, Jehovah, is my strength and song, and he is become my salvation.
  • Surely God is my salvation;
    I will trust and not be afraid.
    The Lord, the Lord himself, is my strength and my defensea;
    he has become my salvation.”
  • And with joy shall ye draw water out of the wells of salvation.
  • With joy you will draw water
    from the wells of salvation.
  • And in that day shall ye say, Give ye thanks to Jehovah, call upon his name, declare his deeds among the peoples, make mention that his name is exalted.
  • In that day you will say:
    “Give praise to the Lord, proclaim his name;
    make known among the nations what he has done,
    and proclaim that his name is exalted.
  • Sing psalms of Jehovah, for he hath done excellent things: this is known in all the earth.
  • Sing to the Lord, for he has done glorious things;
    let this be known to all the world.
  • Cry out and shout, thou inhabitress of Zion; for great is the Holy One of Israel in the midst of thee.
  • Shout aloud and sing for joy, people of Zion,
    for great is the Holy One of Israel among you.”
