Future Blessings for Zion

Exult, thou barren, that didst not bear; break forth into singing, and shout for joy, thou that didst not travail with child: for more are the children of the desolate than the children of the married wife, saith Jehovah.

Будь счастлива, женщина, детей у тебя не было, но ты должна быть счастлива, ибо Господь говорит: "Детей не имевшая женщина должна быть более счастлива, чем та, у которой есть муж".

Enlarge the place of thy tent, and let them stretch forth the curtains of thy habitations: spare not, lengthen thy cords, and strengthen thy stakes.

Сделай шатёр свой больше, двери открой шире, не стесняйся свой дом расширить, сделай шатёр большим.

3

For thou shalt spread abroad on the right hand and on the left; and thy seed shall possess nations, and they shall make desolate cities to be inhabited.

Ибо ты разрастёшься сильно, и дети твои завладеют различными народами и вновь будут жить в городах, которые были пусты.

4

Fear not, for thou shalt not be ashamed; neither be thou confounded, for thou shalt not be put to shame: for thou shalt forget the shame of thy youth, and shalt not remember the reproach of thy widowhood any more.

Не бойся, ты не устыдишься, и о тебе люди плохо не скажут. Будучи молодой, ты стыдилась, но ныне о стыде позабудешь, не будешь помнить стыда, который терпела, когда потеряла мужа.

For thy Maker is thy husband: Jehovah of hosts is his name, and thy Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel: the God of the whole earth shall he be called.

Ибо тебе мужем стал Творец, Его Имя — Господь Всемогущий, Который спасёт Израиль. Он — Святой всего Израиля, и Он будет назван Богом по всей земле.

For Jehovah hath called thee as a woman forsaken and grieved in spirit, and as a wife of youth, that hath been refused, saith thy God.

Была ты печальна духом, подобно покинутой мужем женщине, но Господь тебя призвал, чтобы ты стала Его. Ты была словно вышедшая рано замуж женщина, которую муж оставил, но Господь призвал тебя, чтобы ты стала Его.

7

For a small moment have I forsaken thee; but with great mercies will I gather thee.

Господь говорит: "Я оставил тебя, но лишь на короткое время, и с великой любовью Я вновь приму тебя к Себе.

8

In the outpouring of wrath have I hid my face from thee for a moment; but with everlasting loving-kindness will I have mercy on thee, saith Jehovah, thy Redeemer.

В порыве гнева Я отвернулся от тебя на время, но бесконечной любовью Я тебя успокою". Так говорит Господь, твой Искупитель.

For this is [as] the waters of Noah unto me, since I have sworn that the waters of Noah should no more go over the earth: so have I sworn that I will no more be wroth with thee, nor rebuke thee.

Господь говорит: "Помни, во времена Ноя Я наказал мир потопом, но обещал Я Ною, что больше мир не разрушу. Так и тебе обещаю не гневаться больше и не укорять тебя".

For the mountains shall depart, and the hills be removed; but my loving-kindness shall not depart from thee, neither shall my covenant of peace be removed, saith Jehovah, that hath mercy on thee.

Господь говорит: "Горы исчезнут, и пылью станут холмы, но милость Моя не оставит тебя. Я заключу с тобой мир, и будет он на все времена". Так говорит тебе Господь с добротой и милосердием.

11

[Thou] afflicted, tossed with tempest, not comforted! Behold, I will set thy stones in antimony, and lay thy foundations with sapphires;

"О, бедный город! Враги на тебя нападают, и некому тебя утешить. Но снова Я отстрою тебя. И, взяв прекраснейший раствор, уложу твои камни, и возьму сапфиры, чтобы заложить твоё основание.

12

and I will make thy battlements of rubies, and thy gates of carbuncles, and all thy borders of precious stones.

Верх стен из рубинов будет, ворота и стены вокруг будут сиять драгоценными камнями.

13

And all thy children [shall be] taught of Jehovah, and great shall be the peace of thy children.

13

Дети твои будут следовать Богу, и Бог их будет учить — у них будет истинный мир.

14

In righteousness shalt thou be established: thou shalt be far from oppression, for thou shalt not fear; and from terror, for it shall not come near thee.

14

Ты окрепнешь на правде и не будешь бояться жестокостей и угнетения, ничто тебе не повредит.

15

Behold, they shall surely gather together, [but] not by me: whosoever gathereth together against thee shall fall because of thee.

15

Ни одна из Моих армий не выступит против тебя, а того, кто решится на это, ты победишь".

16

Behold, it is I who have created the smith that bloweth in the fire of coal, and that bringeth forth an instrument for his work; and I have created the destroyer to ravage.

Взгляни, Я сотворил кузнеца, который раздувает огонь, потом берёт железо и делает своё дело. Так и Я сделал Разрушителя, который не пощадит ничего.

17

No weapon that is prepared against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that riseth against thee in judgment, thou shalt condemn. This is the inheritance of the servants of Jehovah; and their righteousness is of me, saith Jehovah.

"Ни одно оружие, сделанное против тебя, не сможет тебя победить. Каждый, кто скажет слово против тебя, окажется неправ". Господь говорит: "Что получают слуги Господние? Они получают добро, приходящее от Меня!"
