Вставай, взывай ночью, при начале каждой стражи; изливай, как воду, сердце твоё пред лицом Господа; простирай к Нему руки твои о душе детей твоих, издыхающих от голода на углах всех улиц.

снова и снова.
Изливай сердце свое, как воду,
в присутствии Владыки.
Простирай свои руки к Нему
и моли о жизни детей своих,
теряющих сознание от голода
на всех перекрестках. -
Устань, радій вночі на початку твоєї сторожі, вилий, як воду, твоє серце перед обличчям Господа, підніми до Нього твої руки за душу твоїх немовлят, знесилених голодом на початку всіх виходів.
