This shall be the law of the leper in the day of his cleansing: he shall be brought unto the priest,
„Оце буде зако́н про прокаже́ного в дні очи́щення його: І буде він приве́дений до священика.
and the priest shall go out of the camp; and when the priest looketh, and behold, the sore of leprosy is healed in the leper,
І ви́йде священик поза та́бір, і огляне священик, а ось — ви́лікувана хвороба прокази в прокаже́ного,
then shall the priest command to take for him that is to be cleansed two clean living birds, and cedar-wood, and scarlet, and hyssop.
то священик накаже, і візьме для очищуваного двох живих чистих птахів, і ке́дрового дерева, і червону нитку, та ісо́пу.
And the priest shall command that one bird be killed in an earthen vessel over running water:
І накаже священик, і заріже одно́го пта́ха до гли́няного по́суду над живою водою.
as to the living bird -- he shall take it, and the cedar-wood, and the scarlet, and the hyssop, and dip them and the living bird in the blood of the bird that was killed over the running water;
Птаха живого — він візьме його, і ке́дрового дерева, і червону нитку, та ісопу, і вмочить їх та живого птаха в крові птаха, зарізаного над живою водою.
and he shall sprinkle upon him that is to be cleansed from the leprosy seven times, and shall pronounce him clean, and shall let the living bird loose into the open field.
І покро́пить на очи́щуваного від прокази сім раз, та й очистить його, а живого птаха пустить у поле.
And he that is to be cleansed shall wash his garments, and shave all his hair, and bathe in water, and he shall be clean; and afterwards shall he come into the camp, and shall abide outside his tent seven days.
А очи́щуваний випере одежу свою й поголить усе волосся своє, і обмиється в воді, — стане чистий. А потому вві́йде до табо́ру, і буде жити поза наме́том своїм сім день.
And it shall come to pass on the seventh day, that he shall shave all his hair, his head, and his beard, and his eyebrows, even all his hair shall he shave, and he shall wash his garments, and shall bathe his flesh in water, and he is clean.
І станеться сьомого дня, поголить він усе волосся своє, свою голову, і бороду свою, і брови очей своїх, і все волосся своє оголить, і випере одежу свою, і вимиє тіло своє в воді, — і стане він чистий.
And on the eighth day he shall take two he-lambs without blemish, and one yearling ewe-lamb without blemish, and three tenth parts of fine flour mingled with oil, for an oblation, and one log of oil.
А во́сьмого дня візьме він двоє баранців безва́дних, і одну однорічну безвадну вівцю́ і три десятих пшеничної муки, — жертва хлі́бна, мішана в оливі, і одного лоґа оливи.
And the priest that cleanseth [him] shall present the man that is to be cleansed and those things before Jehovah, at the entrance of the tent of meeting.
І поставить священик, що очищує, чоловіка очищуваного з ними перед Господнім лицем при вході скинії заповіту.
And the priest shall take one he-lamb, and present it for a trespass-offering, and the log of oil, and wave them as a wave-offering before Jehovah.
І ві́зьме священик одного баранця, і принесе його на жертву за гріх, та лоґа оливи, та й буде колихати їх, як колиха́ння перед Господнім лицем.
And he shall slaughter the he-lamb at the place where the sin-offering and the burnt-offering are slaughtered, in a holy place; for as the sin-offering, so the trespass-offering is the priest's: it is most holy.
І він заріже того баранця в місці, де ріже жертву за гріх і цілопа́лення, у місці святині, бо як жертва за гріх та жертва за провину, — вона для священика, найсвятіше вона.
And the priest shall take of the blood of the trespass-offering, and the priest shall put it on the tip of the right ear of him that is to be cleansed, and on the thumb of his right hand, and on the great toe of his right foot.
І ві́зьме священик крови жертви за провину, та й дасть священик на пи́пку правого вуха очищуваного, і на великого пальця правої руки його та на великого пальця правої ноги його.
And the priest shall take of the log of oil, and pour it into his, the priest's, left hand;
І ві́зьме священик з лоґу оливи, та й виллє на ліву долоню свою.
and the priest shall dip his right finger in the oil that is in his left hand, and shall sprinkle of the oil with his finger seven times before Jehovah.
І вмочить священик правого пальця свого в оливу, що на лівій долоні його, і покропить з оливи пальцем своїм сім раз перед Господнім лицем.
And of the rest of the oil that is in his hand shall the priest put on the tip of the right ear of him that is to be cleansed, and on the thumb of his right hand, and on the great toe of his right foot, upon the blood of the trespass-offering.
А з решти оливи, що на долоні його, священик дасть на пипку правого вуха очищуваного, і на великого пальця правої руки його та на великого пальця правої ноги його на кров жертви за провину.
And the remainder of the oil that is in the priest's hand he shall put upon the head of him that is to be cleansed, and the priest shall make atonement for him before Jehovah.
А позостале з оливи, що на долоні священиковій, дасть на голову очищуваного. І священик очистить його перед Господнім лицем.
And the priest shall offer the sin-offering, and make atonement for him that is to be cleansed from his uncleanness; and afterwards shall he slaughter the burnt-offering.
І вчинить священик жертву за гріх, і очистить очищуваного з нечистоти́ його, а по́тім заріже цілопа́лення.
And the priest shall offer the burnt-offering and the oblation upon the altar; and the priest shall make atonement for him, and he shall be clean.
І зложить священик те цілопалення та ту хлібну жертву на жертівнику, і священик очистить його, — і стане він чистий.
But if he be poor, and his hand be not able to get it, then he shall take one lamb for a trespass-offering, for a wave-offering, to make atonement for him; and one tenth part of fine flour mingled with oil for an oblation; and a log of oil,
А якщо він бідний, і рука його неспромо́жна, то ві́зьме одного баранця на жертву за провину на колиха́ння, щоб очистити його, і одну десяту ефи́ пшеничної муки, мішану в оливі, і лоґа оливи,
and two turtle-doves, or two young pigeons, as his hand may be able to get: the one shall be a sin-offering, and the other a burnt-offering.
та дві го́рлиці або двоє голубеня́т, на що спроможна рука його, і буде одне — жертва за гріх, а одне — цілопа́лення.
And he shall bring them on the eighth day of his cleansing unto the priest, unto the entrance of the tent of meeting, before Jehovah.
І він принесе їх восьмого дня на своє очи́щення до священика, до входу скинії заповіту перед Господнє лице.
And the priest shall take the he-lamb of the trespass-offering, and the log of oil, and the priest shall wave them as a wave-offering before Jehovah.
І ві́зьме священик ягня жертви за провину й лоґа оливи, та й буде колихати їх священик, як колиха́ння перед Господнім лицем.
And he shall slaughter the he-lamb of the trespass-offering; and the priest shall take of the blood of the trespass-offering, and put it upon the tip of the right ear of him that is to be cleansed, and upon the thumb of his right hand, and on the great toe of his right foot.
І заріже ягня жертви за провину, і ві́зьме священик кро́ви жертви за провину, та й дасть на пипку правого вуха очищуваного, і на великого пальця правої руки його та на великого пальця правої ноги його.
And the priest shall pour of the oil into [his], the priest's, left hand,
А з оливи виллє священик на ліву доло́ню свою.
and the priest shall sprinkle with his right finger of the oil that is in his left hand seven times before Jehovah.
І покро́пить священик своїм правим пальцем з оливи, що на лівій доло́ні його, сім раз перед Господнім лицем.
And the priest shall put of the oil that is in his hand upon the tip of the right ear of him that is to be cleansed, and upon the thumb of his right hand, and on the great toe of his right foot, upon the place of the blood of the trespass-offering.
І дасть священик із оливи, що на долоні його, на пи́пку правого вуха очищуваного, і на великого пальця правої руки його та на великого пальця правої ноги його, на місце крови жертви за провину.
And the remainder of the oil that is in the priest's hand he shall put upon the head of him that is to be cleansed, to make atonement for him before Jehovah.
А позостале з оливи, що на священиковій долоні, дасть на голову очищуваного на очи́щення його перед Господнім лицем.
And he shall offer one of the turtle-doves, or of the young pigeons, of what his hand was able to get;
І він споряди́ть одну з горлиць або з голубенят із того, на що спромо́жна рука його,
of what his hand was able to get shall the one be a sin-offering, and the other a burnt-offering, with the oblation; and the priest shall make atonement for him that is to be cleansed before Jehovah.
на що спромо́жна рука його, одне — жертва за гріх, а одне — цілопа́лення понад жертву хлі́бну. І очистить священик очищуваного перед Господнім лицем.
This is the law for him in whom is the sore of leprosy, whose hand cannot get what is [regularly prescribed] in his cleansing.
Оце зако́н про того, що в ньому хвороба прокази, що рука його неспромо́жна при очищенні його“.
Signs of Home Contamination
And Jehovah spoke to Moses and to Aaron, saying,
And Jehovah spoke to Moses and to Aaron, saying,
І Господь промовляв до Мойсея й до Аарона, говорячи:
When ye come into the land of Canaan, which I give to you for a possession, and I put a leprous plague in a house of the land of your possession,
„Коли ви вві́йдете до ханаа́нського Кра́ю, що Я даю вам на володі́ння, і наведу́ хворобу прокази на доми Кра́ю вашого володіння,
then he whose house it is shall come and tell the priest, saying, It seemeth to me like a plague in the house;
то при́йде той, що його той дім, та й скаже священикові, говорячи: „Ніби зараза показалася мені в домі“.
and the priest shall command that they empty the house before the priest go into it to see the plague, that all that is in the house be not made unclean; and afterwards the priest shall go in to see the house.
І накаже священик, і опорожнять той дім, поки при́йде священик, щоб оглянути заразу, — щоб не стало нечистим усе, що в домі. А пото́му вві́йде священик, щоб оглянути той дім.
And when he looketh on the plague, and behold, the plague is in the walls of the house, greenish or reddish hollows, and their look is deeper than the surface of the wall,
І він огляне заразу, і ось — у стінах дому загли́блення зеленя́ві або червоня́ві, а їхній вид нижчий від стіни.
then the priest shall go out of the house to the entrance of the house, and shut up the house seven days.
І вийде священик із того дому до ви́ходу дому того, і замкне́ той дім на сім день.
And the priest shall come again the seventh day, and when he looketh, and behold, the plague hath spread in the walls of the house,
І ве́рнеться священик сьомого дня та й огляне, а ось — поши́рилася та зараза на сті́нах того дому.
then the priest shall command that they take away the stones in which the plague is, and they shall cast them out of the city, in an unclean place.
І накаже священик, і витягнуть каміння, що на них та зараза, та й кинуть їх поза місто, до місця нечистого.
And he shall cause the house to be scraped within round about, and they shall pour out the mortar that they have scraped off, out of the city in an unclean place.
А дім той він ви́шкребе зсере́дини кругом, а глину, що ви́шкребли, ви́сиплють поза містом, до нечистого місця.
And they shall take other stones, and put them in the place of those stones; and they shall take other mortar, and shall plaster the house.
І ві́зьмуть інше каміння, і покладуть замість того каміння, і ві́зьме інший тинк і обтинку́є той дім.
And if the plague come again, and break out in the house, after he hath taken away the stones, and after he hath scraped the house, and after it is plastered,
А якщо вернеться та зараза, і кинеться в домі по ви́тягненні того каміння й по ви́шкребанні того дому й по обтинкува́нні,
then the priest shall come, and when he looketh, and behold, the plague hath spread in the house, it is a corroding leprosy in the house: it is unclean.
то вві́йде священик і огляне, а ось — поши́рилася та зараза в тім домі, — проказа злосли́ва вона в тім домі, нечистий він.
And they shall break down the house, the stones of it, and the timber thereof, and all the mortar of the house, and shall carry them forth out of the city to an unclean place.
І розвалить той дім, і каміння його, і дерево його, і ввесь тинк дому, і винесе поза місто, до нечистого місця.
And he that goeth into the house as long as it is shut up shall be unclean until the even.
А хто входить до того дому всі дні, коли він замикав його, той буде нечистий аж до вечора.
And he that sleepeth in the house shall wash his garments, and he that eateth in the house shall wash his garments.
А хто лежить у тім домі, той випере одежу свою, і хто їсть у тім домі, той випере одежу свою.
Cleansing a Home
But if the priest shall come in and look, and behold, the plague hath not spread in the house, after the house hath been plastered, the priest shall pronounce the house clean; for the plague is healed.

А якщо зно́ву ввійде священик і побачить, а ось — не поши́рилася зараза в домі по обтинкува́нні дому, то священик ви́знає той дім за чистий, бо зараза ви́лікувана.
And he shall take, to purge the house from the defilement, two birds, and cedar-wood, and scarlet, and hyssop;
І візьме він на очи́щення того дому два птахи, і ке́дрового де́рева, і че́рвені, та ісо́пу.
and he shall kill one bird in an earthen vessel over running water;
І заріже одно́го птаха до гли́няного по́суду над живою водою.
and he shall take the cedar-wood and the hyssop and the scarlet, and the living bird, and dip them in the blood of the bird that was killed, and in the running water, and sprinkle the house seven times;
І візьме він ке́дрового дерева, та ісо́пу, і че́рвені, і живого птаха, та й умочить їх у крові зарізаного птаха та в живій воді, — і сім раз покропить на той дім.
and he shall purge the house from the defilement with the blood of the bird, and with the running water, and with the living bird, and with the cedar-wood, and with the hyssop, and with the scarlet;
І очистить він той дім пташи́ною кров'ю, і живою водою, і птахом живим, і ке́дровим деревом, і ісопом, і че́рвенню.
and he shall let the living bird loose out of the city into the open field; and he shall make atonement for the house, and it is clean.
І пустить він живого птаха поза місто на поле, і очистить дім той, — і він стане чистий.
This is the law for every sore of leprosy, and for the scall,
Оце зако́н для всякої хвороби прокази та для па́ршів,
and for the rising, and for the scab, and for the bright spot,
і для напу́хлини, і для лишаю, і для білої плями, —
