And he said to them, For this reason every scribe discipled to the kingdom of the heavens is like a man [that is] a householder who brings out of his treasure things new and old.

Then said he unto them, Therefore every scribe which is instructed unto the kingdom of heaven is like unto a man that is an householder, which bringeth forth out of his treasure things new and old.

He said to them, “Therefore every teacher of the law who has become a disciple in the kingdom of heaven is like the owner of a house who brings out of his storeroom new treasures as well as old.” -

— Так вот, каждый учитель Закона, усвоивший весть о Небесном Царстве, похож на хозяина дома, который выносит из своих кладовых и новое, и старое. -
Він же сказав їм: Тому-то кожний книжник, котрий навчений про Царство Небесне, подібний до людини-господаря, яка витягає зі своєї скарбниці нове і старе.
