One of the teachers of the law came and heard them debating. Noticing that Jesus had given them a good answer, he asked him, “Of all the commandments, which is the most important?” -

The Most Important Commandment
One of the teachers of religious law was standing there listening to the debate. He realized that Jesus had answered well, so he asked, “Of all the commandments, which is the most important?” -

Один из учителей Закона, слушая этот спор, заметил, как хорошо ответил Иисус, и спросил у Него:
— Какая из заповедей самая важная? -
А один із книжників, почувши їхню суперечку і побачивши, як добре Він їм відповів, підійшов і запитав Його: Яка заповідь є першою з усіх?
