And on the morrow, desirous to know the certainty [of the matter] why he was accused of the Jews, he loosed him, and commanded the chief priests and all the council to meet, and having brought Paul down set him before them.

On the morrow, because he would have known the certainty wherefore he was accused of the Jews, he loosed him from his bands, and commanded the chief priests and all their council to appear, and brought Paul down, and set him before them.

The next day, because he wanted to know for certain why he was accused by the Jews, he released him from his bonds, and commanded the chief priests and all their council to appear, and brought Paul down and set him before them. -

The commander wanted to find out exactly why Paul was being accused by the Jews. So the next day he released him and ordered the chief priests and all the members of the Sanhedrin to assemble. Then he brought Paul and had him stand before them. -

На другой день, желая достоверно узнать, в чём обвиняют его Иудеи, освободил его от оков и повелел собраться первосвященникам и всему синедриону и, выведя Павла, поставил его перед ними.

Усе ж таки командир хотів з’ясувати достеменно, в чому ж юдеї звинувачують Павла. Тож наступного дня він звелів зібрати старійшин і весь Синедріон. Знявши з Павла ланцюги, він привів його до юдейського зібрання.

А другого дня, бажавши довідатись правди, у чо́му юдеї його оскаржа́ють, він звільнив його та звелів, щоб зібра́лися первосвященики та ввесь синедріо́н. І він вивів Павла, і поставив його перед ними.

На следующий день командир, желая точно узнать, в чем же иудеи обвиняют Павла, освободил его от оков и приказал, чтобы собрались первосвященники и весь Высший Совет. Затем он ввел Павла и поставил перед ними.

А наступного дня, бажаючи краще дізнатися, у чому його звинувачують юдеї, звільнив його [з кайданів] і наказав, аби прийшли первосвященики й увесь синедріон [1]. І, привівши Павла, поставив його перед ними.
