But Festus, desirous of obliging the Jews, to acquire their favour, answering Paul, said, Art thou willing to go up to Jerusalem, there to be judged before me concerning these things?

But Festus, willing to do the Jews a pleasure, answered Paul, and said, Wilt thou go up to Jerusalem, and there be judged of these things before me?

But Festus, wanting to do the Jews a favor, answered Paul and said, “Are you willing to go up to Jerusalem and there be judged before me concerning these things?”

Фест же, хотївши Жидам угодити, озвавшись, каже Павлові: Хочеш іти в Єрусалим, і там судитись передо мною в сьому? -
Але Фест хотів догодити юдеям. Тому він запитав Павла: «Ти хочеш йти до Єрусалиму, щоб я судив тебе там?»

Тоді Фест, що бажав догодити юдеям, промовив Павло́ві на відповідь: „Чи ти хочеш до Єрусалиму піти, і там суд прийняти від мене про це?“

Фест хотел угодить иудеям и поэтому спросил Павла:
— Согласен ли ты идти в Иерусалим, чтобы тебя судили там в моем присутствии по представленным против тебя обвинениям? -
Тоді Фест, бажаючи догодити юдеям, промовив Павлові у відповідь: Чи ти хочеш піти в Єрусалим і там щодо цього суд від мене прийняти?

Но Фест старался угодить иудеям, поэтому он ответил Павлу: "Хочешь пойти в Иерусалим или хочешь, чтобы я судил тебя здесь по этим обвинениям?"
