Civil War against Benjamin
And the children of Israel arose and went up to Bethel, and inquired of God, and said, Which of us shall go up first to the battle against the children of Benjamin? And Jehovah said, Judah first.

And the children of Israel arose, and went up to the house of God, and asked counsel of God, and said, Which of us shall go up first to the battle against the children of Benjamin? And the LORD said, Judah shall go up first. -

Civil War, Benjamin Defeated
Now the sons of Israel arose, went up to Bethel, and inquired of God and said, “Who shall go up first for us to battle against the sons of Benjamin?” Then the LORD said, “Judah shall go up first.” -
Before the battle the Israelites went to Bethel and asked God, “Which tribe should go first to attack the people of Benjamin?”
The LORD answered, “Judah is to go first.” -
И встали и пошли в дом Божий, и вопрошали Бога и сказали сыны Израилевы: кто из нас прежде пойдёт на войну с сынами Вениамина? И сказал Господь: Иуда пойдёт впереди.

Рушили сини Ізраїля й пішли в Бетел питати Бога й казали: “Хто з нас має виступити першим у бій із синами Веніямина?” Господь відказав: “Юда буде перший!”

І встали вони, і ввійшли до Бет-Елу, і питалися Бога, та й сказали Ізраїлеві сини: „Хто пі́де нам спе́реду на бій з Веніяминовими синами?“ І сказав Господь: „Юда спе́реду“.

Израильтяне пришли в Вефиль92 и вопросили Бога. Они сказали:
— Кто из нас должен идти воевать с вениамитянами первым?
Господь ответил:
— Первым пойдет Иуда. -
Вони виступили і пішли до Ветиля, і запитали Бога. Ізраїльські сини сказали: Хто з нас піде проводирем, щоб воювати з Веніаміном? А Господь відповів: Юда піде проводирем!
