And Gideon came, and behold, a man was telling a dream to his fellow; and he said, Behold, I dreamed a dream, and lo, a cake of barley-bread tumbled into the camp of Midian, and came to the tent, and smote it that it fell, and overturned it; and the tent lay along.

And when Gideon was come, behold, there was a man that told a dream unto his fellow, and said, Behold, I dreamed a dream, and, lo, a cake of barley bread tumbled into the host of Midian, and came unto a tent, and smote it that it fell, and overturned it, that the tent lay along.

And when Gideon had come, there was a man telling a dream to his companion. He said, “I have had a dream: To my surprise, a loaf of barley bread tumbled into the camp of Midian; it came to a tent and struck it so that it fell and overturned, and the tent collapsed.”

Gideon crept up just as a man was telling his companion about a dream. The man said, “I had this dream, and in my dream a loaf of barley bread came tumbling down into the Midianite camp. It hit a tent, turned it over, and knocked it flat!”

Як підобрався ж Гедеон, от і росказує один одному свій сон словами: Снивсь менї сон, що котивсь ячмінний книш по Мадиянїйському таборові; докотивсь до гетьманського намету і ударив в нього так, що намет упав і перевернувсь до гори та й розпався. -
І прийшов Гедео́н, аж ось один оповідає другові своєму сон. І він казав: „Оце снився мені сон, а ото бухане́ць ячмі́нного хліба ко́титься в мідіяні́тянському табо́рі. І докоти́вся він аж до наме́ту, та й ударив його, а той упав, і переверну́в його догори́, і намет той бу́хнув“.

Когда Гедеон пришел, один человек рассказывал другу свой сон:
— Мне снился, — говорил он, — круглый ячменный хлеб, который катился в мадианский лагерь. Прикатившись к шатру, он ударил в него так, что шатер опрокинулся и рухнул. -
Тож Ґедеон увійшову табір, і ось муж розповідав сон своєму ближньому і сказав: Ось сон, який мені приснився: Бачу буханка ячмінного хліба котиться по табору Мадіяма, і налетіла на намет Мадіяма, і вдарила його, і перевернула його, і намет упав!

Гедеон подошёл к вражескому лагерю и услышал разговор: один воин рассказывал другому свой сон. Он говорил: "Мне снилось, будто круглый каравай хлеба катился по мадиамскому лагерю. Этот каравай хлеба подкатился к шатру и ударил его с такой силой, что шатёр опрокинулся и развалился".
