And he said, Peaceably: I am come to sacrifice to Jehovah. Hallow yourselves, and come with me to the sacrifice. And he hallowed Jesse and his sons, and called them to the sacrifice.

And he said, Peaceably: I am come to sacrifice unto the LORD: sanctify yourselves, and come with me to the sacrifice. And he sanctified Jesse and his sons, and called them to the sacrifice.

Samuel replied, “Yes, in peace; I have come to sacrifice to the Lord. Consecrate yourselves and come to the sacrifice with me.” Then he consecrated Jesse and his sons and invited them to the sacrifice. -

“Yes,” Samuel replied. “I have come to sacrifice to the LORD. Purify yourselves and come with me to the sacrifice.” Then Samuel performed the purification rite for Jesse and his sons and invited them to the sacrifice, too.

И отвечал он: мирен, для жертвоприношения Господу пришёл я; освятитесь и идите со мною к жертвоприношению. И освятил Иессея и сыновей его и пригласил их к жертве.

Той відповів: «Добро! Я прийшов принести жертву Господеві. Очистіться й ходіть зо мною на жертву.» І він очистив Єссея і його синів та й закликав їх до жертви.

Відказує: добро; жертвувати Господеві прийшов. Осьвятїтесь та й прибувайте, щоб бути при приношенню жертви. Тодї осьвятив він Ессея й сини його та й закликав до жертівної трапези. -
А він відказав: „Мир! Я прийшов, щоб прине́сти жертву Господе́ві. Освятіться, і при́йдете зо мною до жертви“. І освятив він Єссе́я та синів його, і покликав їх на жертву.

Самуил ответил:
— Да, с миром. Я пришел, чтобы принести жертву Господу. Освятитесь и идите к жертве со мной.
Затем он освятил Иессея и его сыновей и пригласил их к жертве. -
І він відповів: Мир! Приходжу принести жертву для Господа, освятіться і розвеселіться сьогодні зі мною! Він освятив Єссея та його синів і покликав їх на жертву.
