Then the three mighty men broke through the camp of the Philistines and drew water out of the well of Bethlehem that was by the gate and took it and brought it to David. But David would not drink it. He poured it out to the Lord

And the three brake through the host of the Philistines, and drew water out of the well of Bethlehem, that was by the gate, and took it, and brought it to David: but David would not drink of it, but poured it out to the LORD,

So the three broke through the camp of the Philistines, drew water from the well of Bethlehem that was by the gate, and took it and brought it to David. Nevertheless David would not drink it, but poured it out to the Lord.

So the Three broke through the Philistine lines, drew some water from the well by the gate in Bethlehem, and brought it back to David. But David refused to drink it. Instead, he poured it out as an offering to the LORD.

І проде́рлися ці троє до филистимського табо́ру, і зачерпну́ли води з віфлеємської криниці, що в брамі. І вони ви́несли й прине́сли до Давида, та Давид не схотів її пити, — і вилив її для Господа,

Тогда те трое пробились через филистимский лагерь, зачерпнули воды из колодца у вифлеемских ворот и принесли Давиду. Но он отказался пить и вылил воду как приношение Господу.

Тож ці троє прорвалися через табір филистимців, набрали води з криниці, що у Вифлеємі, яка була біля брами, взяли і прийшли до Давида. Та Давид не забажав її пити, вилив її для Господа
