  • Be not envious of evil men,
    nor desire to be with them,

    Do not envy the wicked,
    do not desire their company;
  • for their hearts devise violence,
    and their lips talk of trouble.

    and by understanding it is established;

    To show partiality in judging is not good:
  • Whoever says to the wicked, “You are in the right,”
    will be cursed by peoples, abhorred by nations,
  • Whoever says to the guilty, “You are innocent,”
    will be cursed by peoples and denounced by nations.
  • but those who rebuke the wicked will have delight,
    and a good blessing will come upon them.
  • But it will go well with those who convict the guilty,
    and rich blessing will come on them.
  • Whoever gives an honest answer
    kisses the lips.

    get everything ready for yourself in the field,
