The Lord’s Coming Salvation

Awake, awake,
put on your strength, O Zion;
put on your beautiful garments,
O Jerusalem, the holy city;
for there shall no more come into you
the uncircumcised and the unclean.

Проснись, проснись, Сион,
облекись силой.
Оденься в одежды великолепия,
Иерусалим, святой город.
Необрезанный и нечистый
не войдут в тебя больше.

Shake yourself from the dust and arise;
be seated, O Jerusalem;
loose the bonds from your neck,
O captive daughter of Zion.

Отряхнись от пыли и поднимись;
сядь на престол, Иерусалим.
Сними с шеи цепи,
пленная дочь Сиона.

For thus says the Lord: “You were sold for nothing, and you shall be redeemed without money.”

Ведь так говорит Господь:

— Даром вы были проданы
и не за деньги будете искуплены.

For thus says the Lord God: “My people went down at the first into Egypt to sojourn there, and the Assyrian oppressed them for nothing.a

Ведь так говорит Владыка Господь:

— Вначале Мой народ пошел в Египет,
чтобы жить там;
затем Ассирия притесняла его ни за что.

Now therefore what have I here,” declares the Lord, “seeing that my people are taken away for nothing? Their rulers wail,” declares the Lord, “and continually all the day my name is despised.

А теперь, что у Меня здесь? — возвещает Господь. —

Мой народ забирается даром,
а правители его рыдают, —
возвещает Господь, —
и весь день Мое имя постоянно бесчестится.

Therefore my people shall know my name. Therefore in that day they shall know that it is I who speak; here I am.”

в тот день они узнают, что Я — Тот же,
Кто сказал: «Вот Я».

How beautiful upon the mountains
are the feet of him who brings good news,
who publishes peace, who brings good news of happiness,
who publishes salvation,
who says to Zion, “Your God reigns.”

Как прекрасны на горах
ноги тех, кто несет радостную весть,
возвещая мир,
кто приносит добрые известия,
возвещая спасение,
кто говорит Сиону:
«Твой Бог воцарился!»

The voice of your watchmen — they lift up their voice;
together they sing for joy;
for eye to eye they see
the return of the Lord to Zion.

Слушай! Стражи243 твои поднимают свои голоса
и вместе кричат от радости,
потому что видят своими глазами,
как Господь возвращается на Сион.

Break forth together into singing,
you waste places of Jerusalem,
for the Lord has comforted his people;
he has redeemed Jerusalem.

Запевайте вместе песню радости,
развалины Иерусалима,
так как Господь утешил Свой народ,
искупил Иерусалим.

The Lord has bared his holy arm
before the eyes of all the nations,
and all the ends of the earth shall see
the salvation of our God.

Господь проявит силу Своей святой руки
на глазах у всех народов,
и увидят все края земли
спасение нашего Бога.

Depart, depart, go out from there;
touch no unclean thing;
go out from the midst of her; purify yourselves,
you who bear the vessels of the Lord.

Уходите, уходите, выходите оттуда!
Не прикасайтесь к нечистому!
Выходите оттуда, очиститесь,
вы, кто носит сосуды Господни.244

For you shall not go out in haste,
and you shall not go in flight,
for the Lord will go before you,
and the God of Israel will be your rear guard.

Но вы не в спешке уйдете
и не обратитесь в бегство,
потому что Господь пойдет перед вами,
и Бог Израиля будет стражем позади вас.

He Was Pierced for Our Transgressions

Behold, my servant shall act wisely;b
he shall be high and lifted up,
and shall be exalted.

As many were astonished at you —
his appearance was so marred, beyond human semblance,
and his form beyond that of the children of mankind —

Как много было дивившихся на Него246 —
так обезображено было Его лицо,
что с трудом походило на человеческое,
а вид Его — на вид людской.

15

so shall he sprinklec many nations.
Kings shall shut their mouths because of him,
for that which has not been told them they see,
and that which they have not heard they understand.

Но Он приведет в изумление247 множество народов,
и цари закроют из-за Него свои рты.
То, что им не было сказано, они увидят сами,
и то, о чем прежде не слышали, они поймут.
