Jesus therefore no longer walked openly among the Jews, but went from there to the region near the wilderness, to a town called Ephraim, and there he stayed with the disciples.

Therefore Jesus no longer moved about publicly among the people of Judea. Instead he withdrew to a region near the wilderness, to a village called Ephraim, where he stayed with his disciples. -

As a result, Jesus stopped his public ministry among the people and left Jerusalem. He went to a place near the wilderness, to the village of Ephraim, and stayed there with his disciples.

Ісус же більш не ходив явно по Юдеї, а пійшов звідтіля в землю близько пустинї, у город званий Єфрем, і там пробував із учениками своїми. -
Тоді Він перестав відкрито ходити серед юдеїв, а подався звідти до міста Єфраїма, розташованого неподалік від пустелі, і залишався там зі Своїми учнями.

І тому́ не ходив більш Ісус між юдеями явно, але звідти вдавсь до околиць поближче пустині, до міста, що зветься Єфре́м, — і тут залишався з Своїми учнями.

И поэтому Иисус уже не ходил открыто среди иудеев. Он ушел в местность, расположенную недалеко от пустыни, в город Ефрем. Там Он и остался со Своими учениками.

Ісус більше не ходив відкрито між юдеями, але пішов звідти в край, що біля пустелі, до міста, яке називається Єфрем, і там залишався з учнями.
