And he said, Behold now, I have taken upon me to speak unto the Lord: Peradventure there shall be twenty found there. And he said, I will not destroy it for twenty's sake.

And he said, “Indeed now, I have taken it upon myself to speak to the Lord: Suppose twenty should be found there?”
So He said, “I will not destroy it for the sake of twenty.” -

He said, “For the sake of twenty, I will not destroy it.” -

Авраам сказал:
— Вот, я был так смел, что решился говорить Владыке. Что, если найдутся там лишь двадцать?
Он сказал:
— Ради двадцати Я не уничтожу его. -
Оскільки, — сказав, — я наважився говорити до Господа, — якщо ж знайдеться там двадцять? Той сказав: Не знищу і задля двадцяти.
