And Jacob asked him, and said, Tell me, I pray thee, thy name. And he said, Wherefore is it that thou dost ask after my name? And he blessed him there.

And He said, “Why is it that you ask about My name?” And He blessed him there. -

— Зачем ты спрашиваешь Мое имя?
И Он благословил его. -
Він же відповів йому: Не буде більше ім’я твоє Яків, а Ізраїль буде твоє ім’я, бо ти витримав змагання з Богом і сильний є між людьми.
