So shall ye say unto Joseph, Forgive, I pray thee now, the trespass of thy brethren, and their sin; for they did unto thee evil: and now, we pray thee, forgive the trespass of the servants of the God of thy father. And Joseph wept when they spake unto him.

‘Thus you shall say to Joseph: “I beg you, please forgive the trespass of your brothers and their sin; for they did evil to you.” ’ Now, please, forgive the trespass of the servants of the God of your father.” And Joseph wept when they spoke to him.

«Вот что вы должны сказать вашему брату Иосифу: „Я прошу тебя простить твоим братьям их вину и грехи, которые они совершили, поступив с тобой так скверно. И теперь, пожалуйста, прости грехи рабов Бога твоего отца“».
Получив это послание, Иосиф заплакал. -
Так скажіть Йосифові: Прости їм злочин та їхній гріх, оскільки заподіяли тобі зло. Тож тепер прости зло Божих рабів твого батька. І Йосиф розплакався, коли вони йому це говорили.
