If this people go up to do sacrifice in the house of the LORD at Jerusalem, then shall the heart of this people turn again unto their lord, even unto Rehoboam king of Judah, and they shall kill me, and go again to Rehoboam king of Judah.

If these people go up to offer sacrifices in the house of the Lord at Jerusalem, then the heart of this people will turn back to their lord, Rehoboam king of Judah, and they will kill me and go back to Rehoboam king of Judah.”

Якщо наро́д цей буде ходити до Єрусалиму, щоб прино́сити жертви в Господньому домі, то ве́рнеться серце цього народу до їхнього пана, до Рехав'ама, царя Юдиного. І вони заб'ють мене, та й ве́рнуться до Рехав'ама, царя Юдиного“.

Если народ будет ходить приносить жертвы в дом Господа в Иерусалим, то сердца их обратятся к господину своему, Ровоаму, царю Иудеи. Они убьют меня и вернутся к Ровоаму, царю Иудеи».
