Genealogy from Benjamin to Saul

Now Benjamin begat Bela his firstborn, Ashbel the second, and Aharah the third,

Nohah the fourth, and Rapha the fifth.

And the sons of Bela were, Addar, and Gera, and Abihud,

And Abishua, and Naaman, and Ahoah,

And Gera, and Shephuphan, and Huram.

And these are the sons of Ehud: these are the heads of the fathers of the inhabitants of Geba, and they removed them to Manahath:

А це сини Егудові, що були головами в родах, що жили в Геві, а переселились у Манахат:

And Naaman, and Ahiah, and Gera, he removed them, and begat Uzza, and Ahihud.

And Shaharaim begat children in the country of Moab, after he had sent them away; Hushim and Baara were his wives.

And he begat of Hodesh his wife, Jobab, and Zibia, and Mesha, and Malcham,

And Jeuz, and Shachia, and Mirma. These were his sons, heads of the fathers.

Еуз, Шахія та Мирма: Оце його сини, голови над родинами.

And of Hushim he begat Abitub, and Elpaal.

Від Хушими народився в його Авитув та Елпаал.

The sons of Elpaal; Eber, and Misham, and Shamed, who built Ono, and Lod, with the towns thereof:

Сини Елпаалові: Евер, Мишам та Шемер, що збудував Оно та Лод і залежні від його міста,

Beriah also, and Shema, who were heads of the fathers of the inhabitants of Aijalon, who drove away the inhabitants of Gath:

Та Берія й Шема. Вони були головами над родинами осадників в Аялонї. Вони вигнали осадників із Гета.

And Ahio, Shashak, and Jeremoth,

Ахіо, Шашак, Іремот,

And Zebadiah, and Arad, and Ader,

Зевадія, Арад, Едер,

And Michael, and Ispah, and Joha, the sons of Beriah;

Михаїл, Ішфа та Йоха-Беріїні сини.

And Zebadiah, and Meshullam, and Hezeki, and Heber,

Зевадія, Мешуллам, Хизкій, Хевер,

Ishmerai also, and Jezliah, and Jobab, the sons of Elpaal;

Ішмерай, Ізлія та Йовав, — сини Елпаалові.

And Jakim, and Zichri, and Zabdi,

Яким, Зихрій, Завдій,

And Elienai, and Zilthai, and Eliel,

Елїєнай, Зилтай, Елиїл,

And Adaiah, and Beraiah, and Shimrath, the sons of Shimhi;

Адаїя, Бераїя та Шимрат, — сини Шимеєві.

And Ishpan, and Heber, and Eliel,

Ішпан, Евер, Еліїл,

And Abdon, and Zichri, and Hanan,

Авдон, Зихрій, Ханан,

And Hananiah, and Elam, and Antothijah,

Хананїя, Елам, Антотія,

And Iphedeiah, and Penuel, the sons of Shashak;

Іфдія та Фенуїл, — сини Шашакові.

And Shamsherai, and Shehariah, and Athaliah,

Шамшерай, Шехарія, Аталїя,

And Jaresiah, and Eliah, and Zichri, the sons of Jeroham.

Ярешія, Елїя, та Зихрій, — сини Ерохамові.

These were heads of the fathers, by their generations, chief men. These dwelt in Jerusalem.

Це голови поколїнь, в своїх родах найголовнїйші. Вони жили в Ерусалимі.

And at Gibeon dwelt the father of Gibeon; whose wife's name was Maachah:

В Габаонї жили: Абигабаон (Еїл), батько Габаонїїв, — його жінка на ймення Мааха,

And his firstborn son Abdon, and Zur, and Kish, and Baal, and Nadab,

І син його перворідень Авдон, за ним Зур, Кис, Ваал, Надав, (Нер),

And Gedor, and Ahio, and Zacher.

Гедор, Ахіо, Зехер та Миклот.

And Mikloth begat Shimeah. And these also dwelt with their brethren in Jerusalem, over against them.

Від Миклода народивсь Шимей. І вони жили побіч братів своїх в Ерусалимі, вкупі з своїми братами.

Genealogy from King Saul

And Ner begat Kish, and Kish begat Saul, and Saul begat Jonathan, and Malchishua, and Abinadab, and Eshbaal.

Від Нера народивсь Кис; від Киса народивсь Саул; від Саула народивсь Йонатан, Мелхисуй, Авинадаб та Ешбаал.

And the son of Jonathan was Meribbaal; and Meribbaal begat Micah.

Син Йонатанів Мериббаал; від Мериббаала народився Миха.

And the sons of Micah were, Pithon, and Melech, and Tarea, and Ahaz.

Сини Михині: Питон, Мелег Таарея та Ахаз.

And Ahaz begat Jehoadah; and Jehoadah begat Alemeth, and Azmaveth, and Zimri; and Zimri begat Moza,

Від Ахаза народивсь Йоядда; від Йоядди народивсь Алемет, Азмавет га Замбрій; від Замбрія народивсь Моза;

And Moza begat Binea: Rapha was his son, Eleasah his son, Azel his son:

Від Мози народивсь Биней. Рефія, син його; Елияса, син його; Азел, син його.

And Azel had six sons, whose names are these, Azrikam, Bocheru, and Ishmael, and Sheariah, and Obadiah, and Hanan. All these were the sons of Azel.

В Азела шість синів, а оце ймення їх: Азрикам, Бохру, Ісмаїл, Шеарія, Обадія та Ханан; усї вони Азелові сини.

And the sons of Eshek his brother were, Ulam his firstborn, Jehush the second, and Eliphelet the third.

Сини в Ешека, його брата: Улам, перворідень його; другий Еуш, третій Елифелет.

And the sons of Ulam were mighty men of valour, archers, and had many sons, and sons' sons, an hundred and fifty. All these are of the sons of Benjamin.

Сини Уламові були люде хоробрі, стреляючі з лука, та мали багато синів і внуків: сто пятьдесять. Усї вони від Беняминових синів.
