For thine arrows stick fast in me, and thy hand presseth me sore.
Я сказал: "Мне в пути надо быть осторожным, не грешить языком, и пока со мной злобные рядом закрыть свой рот на замок".
There is no soundness in my flesh because of thine anger; neither is there any rest in my bones because of my sin.
И вот не сказал я ни слова, даже хорошего ничего не сказал, только от боли сильней тосковал.
For mine iniquities are gone over mine head: as an heavy burden they are too heavy for me.
Но гнев бушевал во мне. И когда я об этом подумал, тот гнев разгорелся, как пламя. И тогда я наконец заговорил.
My wounds stink and are corrupt because of my foolishness.

I am troubled; I am bowed down greatly; I go mourning all the day long.

For my loins are filled with a loathsome disease: and there is no soundness in my flesh.
Жизнь наша только скорлупа пустая. Тяжёлый труд наш ни к чему. Мы вещи собираем, но не знаем кому достанутся они.
I am feeble and sore broken: I have roared by reason of the disquietness of my heart.
Чего я, Господи, ищу? Мои надежды все — в Тебе.
Lord, all my desire is before thee; and my groaning is not hid from thee.
Спаси меня от всех моих грехов, спаси от глупостей, к которым дураки стремятся.
My heart panteth, my strength faileth me: as for the light of mine eyes, it also is gone from me.
Я замолчу! Я слова не скажу, ведь это Ты всё сделал.
My lovers and my friends stand aloof from my sore; and my kinsmen stand afar off.
Но перестань наказывать меня, вот-вот умру я от Твоих ударов!
They also that seek after my life lay snares for me: and they that seek my hurt speak mischievous things, and imagine deceits all the day long.
Нас за дела неправедные упрекая, наказываешь нас, как моль, уничтожая всё, чего мы жаждем. Селах
But I, as a deaf man, heard not; and I was as a dumb man that openeth not his mouth.
Услышь, Господь, мою молитву мой крик о помощи услышь, к моим слезам не будь глухим, ведь я всего лишь странник, проходящий с Тобой по этой жизни. Как все мои отцы, я проживу здесь лишь недолго.
