King James Bible

New International Version

  • Shout Aloud to the Rock of Our Salvation!

    O come, let us sing unto the LORD: let us make a joyful noise to the rock of our salvation.
  • Psalm 95

    Come, let us sing for joy to the Lord;
    let us shout aloud to the Rock of our salvation.
  • Let us come before his presence with thanksgiving, and make a joyful noise unto him with psalms.
  • Let us come before him with thanksgiving
    and extol him with music and song.
  • For the LORD is a great God, and a great King above all gods.
  • For the Lord is the great God,
    the great King above all gods.
  • In his hand are the deep places of the earth: the strength of the hills is his also.
  • In his hand are the depths of the earth,
    and the mountain peaks belong to him.
  • The sea is his, and he made it: and his hands formed the dry land.
  • The sea is his, for he made it,
    and his hands formed the dry land.
  • O come, let us worship and bow down: let us kneel before the LORD our maker.
  • Come, let us bow down in worship,
    let us kneel before the Lord our Maker;
  • For he is our God; and we are the people of his pasture, and the sheep of his hand. To day if ye will hear his voice,
  • for he is our God
    and we are the people of his pasture,
    the flock under his care.
    Today, if only you would hear his voice,
  • Harden not your heart, as in the provocation, and as in the day of temptation in the wilderness:
  • “Do not harden your hearts as you did at Meribah,a
    as you did that day at Massahb in the wilderness,
  • When your fathers tempted me, proved me, and saw my work.
  • where your ancestors tested me;
    they tried me, though they had seen what I did.
  • Forty years long was I grieved with this generation, and said, It is a people that do err in their heart, and they have not known my ways:
  • For forty years I was angry with that generation;
    I said, ‘They are a people whose hearts go astray,
    and they have not known my ways.’
  • Unto whom I sware in my wrath that they should not enter into my rest.
  • So I declared on oath in my anger,
    ‘They shall never enter my rest.’ ”
