Moses Leaves for Egypt
And Moses went and returned to Jethro his father in law, and said unto him, Let me go, I pray thee, and return unto my brethren which are in Egypt, and see whether they be yet alive. And Jethro said to Moses, Go in peace.

So Moses went and returned to Jethro his father-in-law, and said to him, “Please let me go and return to my brethren who are in Egypt, and see whether they are still alive.”
And Jethro said to Moses, “Go in peace.” -

Then Moses went back to Jethro his father-in-law and said to him, “Let me return to my own people in Egypt to see if any of them are still alive.”

So Moses went back home to Jethro, his father-in-law. “Please let me return to my relatives in Egypt,” Moses said. “I don’t even know if they are still alive.”
“Go in peace,” Jethro replied. -

И пошёл Моисей, и возвратился к Иофору, тестю своему, и сказал ему: пойду я, и возвращусь к братьям моим, которые в Египте, и посмотрю, живы ли ещё они? И сказал Иофор Моисею: иди с миром.

І пішов Мойсей, і вернувся до тестя свого Їтра, і сказав йому: „Піду я, і вернуся до братів своїх, що в Єгипті, і побачу, чи ще живі вони“. А Їтро сказав до Мойсея: „Іди в мирі!“

Моисей вернулся к своему тестю Иофору и сказал ему:
— Позволь мне вернуться к родственникам в Египет — посмотреть, живы ли они еще.
Иофор сказал:
— Иди с миром. -
І Мойсей пішов. Він повернувся до свого тестя Йотора й сказав: Піду і повернуся до моїх братів, які в Єгипті, — подивлюся, чи ще живуть. А Йотор сказав Мойсеєві: Іди і будь здоровий!
