But this is a people robbed and spoiled; they are all of them snared in holes, and they are hid in prison houses: they are for a prey, and none delivereth; for a spoil, and none saith, Restore.

Та се нарід розбитий та розграблений; всї вони повязані (гріхами), мов у ямах підземних, мов зачинені в темницях; за те ж і стали вони здобичею та й нема їм вибавителя; вони забрані, а нїкому сказати: верни їх назад! -
Але він наро́д попусто́шений та поплюндро́ваний: усі вони по пече́рах пов'я́зані та по в'язни́цях похо́вані; стали вони за грабі́ж, і немає визво́льника, за здобич, й немає того, хто б сказав: Поверни́!

Но народ этот разграблен и обобран,
все они пойманы в ямы
или скрыты в темницах.
Стали они добычей,
и некому их избавить,
сделали их наживой,
и некому сказать: «Верни!» -
і народ став розбитим і пограбованим. Адже пастка всюди — у внутрішніх кімнатах і одночасно в домах, де їх приховали. Вони були на пограбування, і не було того, хто рятує від грабунку, і не було того, хто говорить: Віддай!
