But thus saith the LORD, Even the captives of the mighty shall be taken away, and the prey of the terrible shall be delivered: for I will contend with him that contendeth with thee, and I will save thy children.

“Even the captives of the mighty shall be taken away,
And the prey of the terrible be delivered;
For I will contend with him who contends with you,
And I will save your children. -

“Yes, captives will be taken from warriors,
and plunder retrieved from the fierce;
I will contend with those who contend with you,
and your children I will save. -

for I will contend with those who contend with you,

For I will fight those who fight you,
and I will save your children. -

Да! так говорит Господь: и пленённые сильным будут отняты, и добыча тирана будет избавлена; потому что Я буду состязаться с противниками твоими и сыновей твоих Я спасу;

Так бо говорить Господь: «Відберуть і того, хто потрапив до сильного в полон, і здобич переможця відберуть. Твоїм противникам я буду противник, а дітей твоїх повизволяю.

От же, — говорить Господь: І здобич у потужного буде однята, й полоняне з рук побідника визволені; я бо самий судитись буду з твоїми супротивниками, й сини твої повизволяю; -
Бо Господь каже так: Полонені віді́брані будуть від сильного, і врято́вана буде здобич наси́льника, і Я стану на прю із твоїми супере́чниками, синів же твоїх Я спасу́.

Но так говорит Господь:
— Да, добыча сильных будет отнята,
и пленники жестокого будут отбиты;
Я буду состязаться с теми,
кто состязается с тобой,
и детей твоих Я спасу. -
Так говорить Господь: Якщо хтось візьме велетня в полон, то і забере здобич. А хто забере в сильного, — врятується. Я ж судитиму твій суд, і Я визволю твоїх синів.
