And thou shalt say to Jehoiakim king of Judah, Thus saith the LORD; Thou hast burned this roll, saying, Why hast thou written therein, saying, The king of Babylon shall certainly come and destroy this land, and shall cause to cease from thence man and beast?

And you shall say to Jehoiakim king of Judah, ‘Thus says the Lord: “You have burned this scroll, saying, ‘Why have you written in it that the king of Babylon will certainly come and destroy this land, and cause man and beast to cease from here?’ ”

Also tell Jehoiakim king of Judah, ‘This is what the Lord says: You burned that scroll and said, “Why did you write on it that the king of Babylon would certainly come and destroy this land and wipe from it both man and beast?” -

а царю Иудейскому Иоакиму скажи: так говорит Господь: ты сжёг свиток сей, сказав: «зачем ты написал в нём: непременно придёт царь Вавилонский и разорит землю сию, и истребит на ней людей и скот?»

А щодо Йоакима, царя юдейського, то скажи так: Ось що говорить Господь: Ти спалив той сувій, кажучи: Навіщо ти написав у ньому, що вавилонський цар напевне прийде та й зруйнує цю землю так, що щезне з неї людина й скотина?

І скажи про Йоакима, царя Юдейського, так: Ось що говорить Господь: Спалив єси того звитка, кажучи: На що ти написав в йому, що царь Вавилонський певно прийде й землю сю звоює, а люде й скотину в їй повигублює? — -
А про Єгоякима, царя Юдиного, скажеш: Так говорить Господь: Ти спалив цього зво́я, говорячи: На́що написав ти на ньому таке: Конче при́йде цар вавилонський і знищить оцей край, і ви́губить в ньому люди́ну й скотину.

А Иоакиму, царю Иудеи, скажи: «Так говорит Господь: Ты сжег этот свиток и сказал: „Зачем ты написал, что царь Вавилона непременно явится и погубит эту землю, поразив на ней и людей, и зверей?“
