Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD; Surely in the fire of my jealousy have I spoken against the residue of the heathen, and against all Idumea, which have appointed my land into their possession with the joy of all their heart, with despiteful minds, to cast it out for a prey.

this is what the Sovereign Lord says: In my burning zeal I have spoken against the rest of the nations, and against all Edom, for with glee and with malice in their hearts they made my land their own possession so that they might plunder its pastureland.’ -

therefore thus says the Lord God: Surely I have spoken in my hot jealousy against the rest of the nations and against all Edom, who gave my land to themselves as a possession with wholehearted joy and utter contempt, that they might make its pasturelands a prey. -

therefore thus says the Lord GOD, “Surely in the fire of My jealousy I have spoken against the rest of the nations, and against all Edom, who appropriated My land for themselves as a possession with wholehearted joy and with scorn of soul, to drive it out for a prey.” -
This is what the Sovereign LORD says: My jealous anger burns against these nations, especially Edom, because they have shown utter contempt for me by gleefully taking my land for themselves as plunder.

за это так говорит Господь Бог: в огне ревности Моей Я изрёк слово на прочие народы и на всю Идумею, которые назначили землю Мою во владение себе, с сердечною радостью и с презрением в душе обрекая её в добычу себе.

Тому, ось як говорить Господь Бог: У вогні моїх ревнощів я говорив проти інших народів і проти всього Едому, що зо злою радістю в серці й презирством у душі присвоїли собі у власність мою землю, щоб володіти нею та грабувати її.

За те, так говорить Господь Бог: В огнї досади моєї виповів я слово проти инших народів і проти всієї Ідумеї, що призначили землю мою собі в державу, та, радїючи усїм серцем і з погордою в душі обіцяли її собі в здобичу. -
Так говорить Господь Бог: Поправді кажу́, що огнем Своєї ревности говорив Я на решту тих наро́дів та на ввесь Едо́м, що взяли собі Мій Край за спа́док у ра́дості всього серця, у пого́рді душі, щоб ви́гнати його на здо́бич.

так говорит Владыка Господь: В пылающей ревности Я говорил против прочих народов и против всего Эдома. С ликованием и презрением они завладели Моей землей, чтобы разорять ее пастбища».

Через це так говорить Господь: Якщо ж Я у вогні Мого гніву заговорив проти решти народів і проти всієї Ідумеї, бо дали собі Мою землю в спадок, з радістю не пошанувавши душі, аби вигубити в грабунку,
