Daniel Interprets the Dream
Therefore Daniel went in unto Arioch, whom the king had ordained to destroy the wise men of Babylon: he went and said thus unto him; Destroy not the wise men of Babylon: bring me in before the king, and I will shew unto the king the interpretation.

Therefore Daniel went to Arioch, whom the king had appointed to destroy the wise men of Babylon. He went and said thus to him: “Do not destroy the wise men of Babylon; take me before the king, and I will tell the king the interpretation.” -

Then Daniel went to Arioch, whom the king had appointed to execute the wise men of Babylon, and said to him, “Do not execute the wise men of Babylon. Take me to the king, and I will interpret his dream for him.” -

После сего Даниил вошёл к Ариоху, которому царь повелел умертвить мудрецов Вавилонских, пришёл и сказал ему: не убивай мудрецов Вавилонских; введи меня к царю, и я открою значение сна.

Після того Даниїл пішов до Аріоха, якому цар наказав повбивати вавилонських мудреців, і мовив до нього так: «Не вбивай вавилонських мудреців; уведи мене до царя, і я витлумачу йому значення сну.»

Пото́му Даниїл пішов до Арйоха, якого цар призна́чив ви́губити вавилонських мудреці́в. Пішов він та й так йому сказав: „Не губи вавилонських мудреці́в! Заведи мене перед царя, — і я об'явлю́ цареві ро́зв'язку сна“.

Даниил пошел к Ариоху, которому царь велел казнить вавилонских мудрецов, и сказал ему:
— Не казни вавилонских мудрецов. Отведи меня к царю, и я истолкую ему его сон. -
І Даниїл прийшов до Аріоха, якого цар поставив, щоб вигубити мудреців Вавилону, і сказав йому: Не вигублюй мудреців Вавилону, а введи мене до царя, і я сповіщу цареві пояснення!
