Then Nebuchadnezzar the king was astonied, and rose up in haste, and spake, and said unto his counsellers, Did not we cast three men bound into the midst of the fire? They answered and said unto the king, True, O king.

Then King Nebuchadnezzar leaped to his feet in amazement and asked his advisers, “Weren’t there three men that we tied up and threw into the fire?”
They replied, “Certainly, Your Majesty.” -

Then Nebuchadnezzar the king was astounded and stood up in haste; he said to his high officials, “Was it not three men we cast bound into the midst of the fire?” They replied to the king, “Certainly, O king.” -
But suddenly, Nebuchadnezzar jumped up in amazement and exclaimed to his advisers, “Didn’t we tie up three men and throw them into the furnace?”
“Yes, Your Majesty, we certainly did,” they replied. -

Навуходоносор царь изумился, и поспешно встал, и сказал вельможам своим: не троих ли мужей бросили мы в огонь связанными? Они в ответ сказали царю: истинно так, царь!

Царь Навуходонозор здивувався і встав швидко й сказав до своїх вельмож: Чи не трьох же мужів ми вкинули в огонь, повязаних? Вони відповіли цареві: Справдї так, царю! -
Тоді цар Навуходоно́сор здивувався, і поспішно встав, заговорив та й сказав до своїх радників: „Чи ж не трьох зв'я́заних мужі́в ми кинули до сере́дини огню́?“ Ті відповіли та й сказали цареві: „Певне, ца́рю!“

Тогда царь Навуходоносор в изумлении вскочил и спросил советников:
— Не троих ли мы связали и бросили в печь?
Они ответили:
— Истинно так, о царь. -
