Then I heard one saint speaking, and another saint said unto that certain saint which spake, How long shall be the vision concerning the daily sacrifice, and the transgression of desolation, to give both the sanctuary and the host to be trodden under foot?

Then I heard a holy one speaking, and another holy one said to him, “How long will it take for the vision to be fulfilled — the vision concerning the daily sacrifice, the rebellion that causes desolation, the surrender of the sanctuary and the trampling underfoot of the Lord’s people?” -

Then I heard a holy one speaking, and another holy one said to the one who spoke, “For how long is the vision concerning the regular burnt offering, the transgression that makes desolate, and the giving over of the sanctuary and host to be trampled underfoot?” -

Then I heard a holy one speaking, and another holy one said to that particular one who was speaking, “How long will the vision about the regular sacrifice apply, while the transgression causes horror, so as to allow both the holy place and the host to be trampled?” -
Then I heard two holy ones talking to each other. One of them asked, “How long will the events of this vision last? How long will the rebellion that causes desecration stop the daily sacrifices? How long will the Temple and heaven’s army be trampled on?”

И услышал я одного святого говорящего, и сказал этот святой кому-то, вопрошавшему: «на сколько времени простирается это видение о ежедневной жертве и об опустошительном нечестии, когда святыня и воинство будут попираемы?»

І я почув, як один святий говорив, а другий святий сказав тому, який говорив: Докіль триватиме видіння про скасовану повсякчасну жертву, про гріх руїнницький, поставлений там, і святиню та потоптане небесне воїнство?

І почув я, як один сьвятий говорив і як відказував сей сьвятий котромусь другому, що допитувався: Аж по який час сягає се видиво про щоденну жертву й про гріхи, що навели опустошеннє, та доки сьвятиня й воінство будуть пригноблювані? -
І почув я одно́го святого, що говорив. А інший святий сказав до того́, що говорив: „Аж до́ки це видіння про сталу жертву та про нищівни́й гріх, до́ки святиня й ві́йсько ві́ддані на топта́ння?“

Затем я услышал одного святого говорящего и другого святого, сказавшего тому, кто говорил:
— Сколько времени продлится то, что было в этом видении о ежедневной жертве, о мятеже, за которым следует опустошение, оставлении святилища и о воинстве, которое будет попрано? -
І я почув одного святого, що говорив, і сказав один святий фелмунові [2] , котрий говорив: Аж доки триватиме видіння, забрана жертва і даний гріх спустошення, а святе і сила будуть потоптані?

Затем я услышал, как говорил один из святых, а другой святой отвечал ему. Первый сказал: "Сколько будет продолжаться это видение? Как долго он будет распоряжаться ежедневной жертвой, и как долго будут продолжаться эти опустошительные преступления? Как долго они будут попирать храм и войско небесное?"
