The Disciples' Grief will Turn to Joy
Then said some of his disciples among themselves, What is this that he saith unto us, A little while, and ye shall not see me: and again, a little while, and ye shall see me: and, Because I go to the Father?

Then some of His disciples said among themselves, “What is this that He says to us, ‘A little while, and you will not see Me; and again a little while, and you will see Me’; and, ‘because I go to the Father’?”

[Some] of his disciples therefore said to one another, What is this he says to us, A little while and ye do not behold me; and again a little while and ye shall see me, and, Because I go away to the Father? -
Тут некоторые из учеников Его сказали один другому: что это Он говорит нам: «вскоре не увидите Меня, и опять вскоре увидите Меня», и: «Я иду к Отцу»?

Тоді деякі з його учнів заговорили між собою: «Що воно значить те, що він говорить: Ще трохи, і ви мене не побачите, а знову ще трохи, і побачите мене? І оте: Я йду до Отця?»

Казали тодї деякі з учеників Його між собою: Що се, що каже нам: Трохи, і не будете видїти мене, а знов трохи, і побачите мене, і: Бо я йду до Отця? -
Тоді дехто з Його учнів почали казати один одному: «Що означають ці Його слова: „Незабаром Я полишу вас, але ж трохи згодом ви знов побачите Мене?” Або ці: „Бо до Отця Я йду?”»

А деякі з учнів Його говорили один до одно́го: „Що таке, що сказав Він до нас: „Незабаром, — і Мене вже не бу́дете бачити, і знов незаба́ром — і Мене ви побачите“, та: „Я йду до Отця“?

Некоторые из Его учеников стали говорить друг другу:
— Что это Он имеет в виду, когда говорит: «Пройдет немного времени, и вы Меня уже не увидите, но пройдет еще немного времени, и вы опять увидите Меня» и «Я ухожу к Отцу»? -
А деякі учні говорили між собою: Що означає те, що нам говорить: Незабаром не побачите Мене, і знову незабаром побачите Мене? Або: Я іду до Отця?
