Evil in the Last Days

This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come.

Знай же, что в последние дни наступят времена тяжкие.

For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy,

Ибо люди будут самолюбивы, сребролюбивы, горды, надменны, злоречивы, родителям непокорны, неблагодарны, нечестивы, недружелюбны,

Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good,

непримирительны, клеветники, невоздержаны, жестоки, не любящие добра,

4

Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God;

4

предатели, наглы, напыщенны, более сластолюбивы, нежели боголюбивы,

5

Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.

имеющие вид благочестия, силы же его отрёкшиеся. Таковых удаляйся.

For of this sort are they which creep into houses, and lead captive silly women laden with sins, led away with divers lusts,

Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.

всегда учащихся и никогда не могущих дойти до познания истины.

Now as Jannes and Jambres withstood Moses, so do these also resist the truth: men of corrupt minds, reprobate concerning the faith.

Как Ианний и Иамврий противились Моисею, так и сии противятся истине, люди, развращённые умом, невежды в вере.

But they shall proceed no further: for their folly shall be manifest unto all men, as theirs also was.

Но они не много успеют; ибо их безумие обнаружится перед всеми, как и с теми случилось.

All Scripture is God-Breathed

But thou hast fully known my doctrine, manner of life, purpose, faith, longsuffering, charity, patience,

А ты последовал мне в учении, житии, расположении, вере, великодушии, любви, терпении,

Persecutions, afflictions, which came unto me at Antioch, at Iconium, at Lystra; what persecutions I endured: but out of them all the Lord delivered me.

в гонениях, страданиях, постигших меня в Антиохии, Иконии, Листрах; каковые гонения я перенёс, и от всех избавил меня Господь.

Yea, and all that will live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution.

Да и все, желающие жить благочестиво во Христе Иисусе, будут гонимы.

But evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving, and being deceived.

13

Злые же люди и обманщики будут преуспевать во зле, вводя в заблуждение и заблуждаясь.

But continue thou in the things which thou hast learned and hast been assured of, knowing of whom thou hast learned them;

А ты пребывай в том, чему научен и что тебе вверено, зная, кем ты научен.

And that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus.

Притом же ты из детства знаешь священные писания, которые могут умудрить тебя во спасение верою во Христа Иисуса.

16

All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:

16

Всё Писание богодухновенно и полезно для научения, для обличения, для исправления, для наставления в праведности,

17

That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works.

17

да будет совершен Божий человек, ко всякому доброму делу приготовлен.
