Then said he unto all Israel, Be ye on one side, and I and Jonathan my son will be on the other side. And the people said unto Saul, Do what seemeth good unto thee.

Then he said to all Israel, “You be on one side, and my son Jonathan and I will be on the other side.”
And the people said to Saul, “Do what seems good to you.” -

— Вы встаньте там, а я и мой сын Ионафан встанем здесь.
— Поступай, как тебе угодно, — ответил народ. -
Тож він сказав усьому Ізраїлеві: Ви станете рабами, і я з моїм сином Йонатаном станемо рабами. А народ сказав Саулові: Чини те, що добре перед тобою.
