They sent therefore and gathered all the lords of the Philistines unto them, and said, What shall we do with the ark of the God of Israel? And they answered, Let the ark of the God of Israel be carried about unto Gath. And they carried the ark of the God of Israel about thither.

Therefore they sent and gathered to themselves all the lords of the Philistines, and said, “What shall we do with the ark of the God of Israel?”
And they answered, “Let the ark of the God of Israel be carried away to Gath.” So they carried the ark of the God of Israel away. -

So they called together all the rulers of the Philistines and asked them, “What shall we do with the ark of the god of Israel?”
They answered, “Have the ark of the god of Israel moved to Gath.” So they moved the ark of the God of Israel. -

The rulers discussed it and replied, “Move it to the town of Gath.” So they moved the Ark of the God of Israel to Gath. -

И послали, и собрали к себе всех владетелей Филистимских, и сказали: что нам делать с ковчегом Бога Израилева? И сказали: пусть ковчег Бога Израилева перейдёт в Геф. И отправили ковчег Бога Израилева в Геф.

От і послали вони гінців і, зібравши біля себе всіх філістимлянських князів, мовили: «Що нам робити з ковчегом Бога Ізраїля?» І вирішили: «У Гат нехай іде ковчег Бога Ізраїля!» І перенесли туди ковчег Бога Ізраїля.

І послали вони, і зібрали до себе всіх филисти́мських володарів, та й сказали: „Що́ ми зробимо з ковчегом Ізраїлевого Бога?“ А ті відказали: „Нехай ковчег Ізраїлевого Бога пере́йде до Ґату“. І вони перенесли ковчега Ізраїлевого Бога.

Они созвали всех филистимских правителей и спросили их:
— Что нам делать с ковчегом израильского Бога?
Жители Гата ответили:
— Пусть ковчег израильского Бога переправится в Гат.
И переправили ковчег Бога Израиля. -
І вони посилають, і збирають до себе сатрапів филистимців, і кажуть: Що зробимо з ковчегом Бога Ізраїля? А ґеттейці кажуть: Нехай до нас перейде Божий ковчег! І Божий ковчег перейшов до Ґетти.
