He said, “You have asked a hard thing. Nevertheless, if you see me when I am taken from you, it shall be so for you; but if not, it shall not be so.”

And he said, Thou hast asked a hard thing: nevertheless, if thou see me when I am taken from thee, it shall be so unto thee; but if not, it shall not be so.

— Трудного просишь, — сказал Илия. — Если ты увидишь, как я буду взят от тебя, то случится по-твоему, а если нет, то не случится.

Тяжкого попросив ти, — відповів Ілля, — якщо побачиш, як мене забирають від тебе, то буде тобі так. А якщо ні, — не буде.
