While he was still speaking, another also came and said, “The fire of God fell from heaven and burned up the sheep and the servants and consumed them, and I alone have escaped to tell you.”

While he was yet speaking, there came also another, and said, The fire of God is fallen from heaven, and hath burned up the sheep, and the servants, and consumed them; and I only am escaped alone to tell thee.

Ещё он говорил, как приходит другой и сказывает: огонь Божий упал с неба и опалил овец и отроков и пожрал их; и спасся только я один, чтобы возвестить тебе.

Ще говорив він, аж ось приходить другий та й каже: «Божий вогонь упав із неба і спалив овець і чабанів, пожер їх. І врятувавсь лиш я один, щоб сповістити тобі це.»

Ще він говорив, аж приходить другий й говорить: Огонь Божий упав з неба й пройшов, палаючи, проміж вівцями й кметями та й пожер їх; один я втїк сповістити тебе. -
Він ще говорив, аж прибігає інший та й каже: „З неба спав Божий огонь, і спали́в ота́ру та слуг, та й пожер їх. А втік тільки я сам, щоб доне́сти тобі“.

Он еще говорил, когда пришел другой вестник и сказал:
— Божий огонь пал с небес и сжег овец и слуг, и я — единственный, кто спасся, чтобы рассказать тебе об этом! -
Ще коли цей говорив, прийшов інший вісник і сказав Йовові: Вогонь упав із неба і спалив овець, і так само пожер пастухів! А я сам-один, врятувавшись, прийшов тобі сповістити!
