Therefore, thus says the LORD,
“Behold, I am laying stumbling blocks before this people.
And they will stumble against them,
Fathers and sons together;
Neighbor and friend will perish.”

Therefore thus saith the LORD, Behold, I will lay stumblingblocks before this people, and the fathers and the sons together shall fall upon them; the neighbour and his friend shall perish.

“Behold, I will lay stumbling blocks before this people,
And the fathers and the sons together shall fall on them.
The neighbor and his friend shall perish.” -

Посему так говорит Господь: вот, Я полагаю пред народом сим преткновения, и преткнутся о них отцы и дети вместе, сосед и друг его, и погибнут.

Тому Господь так каже: «Оце покладу спотики перед отим народом, об які батьки й сини спотикнуться разом, сусід і його приятель погинуть.»

Тим же то так говорить Господь: Ось, я положу сим людям спотику на дорозї, і спотикнуться об її й батьки й сини, та й сусїд погибне з сусїдом. -
Тому́ то Господь каже так: Ось Я дам спотика́ння оцьо́му наро́дові, і спіткну́ться об них разом ваші батьки́ та сини́, сусід та приятель його, — і загинуть!

Поэтому так говорит Господь:
— Я поставлю перед этим народом преграды,
о которые он споткнется;
и отцы, и с ними их сыновья,
и соседи с друзьями погибнут. -
Тому так говорить Господь: Ось Я насилаю безсилля на цей народ, і через нього ослабнуть батьки і сини разом, — сусід і його ближній загинуть.
