The Prince’s Offerings
‘Thus says the Lord GOD, “The gate of the inner court facing east shall be shut the six working days; but it shall be opened on the sabbath day and opened on the day of the new moon.
‘Thus says the Lord GOD, “The gate of the inner court facing east shall be shut the six working days; but it shall be opened on the sabbath day and opened on the day of the new moon.
Так говорить Господь Бог: Брама вну́трішнього подві́р'я, що зве́рнена на схід, буде за́мкнена шість день праці, а субо́тнього дня буде відчи́нена, і в день новомі́сяччя буде відчи́нена.
“The prince shall enter by way of the porch of the gate from outside and stand by the post of the gate. Then the priests shall provide his burnt offering and his peace offerings, and he shall worship at the threshold of the gate and then go out; but the gate shall not be shut until the evening.
І вві́йде князь ходом сіне́й брами ззо́вні, і стане при одві́рку брами, а священики приготу́ють його цілопа́лення та його мирну жертву, і він покло́ниться на порозі брами. А брама не буде за́мкнена аж до вечора.
“The people of the land shall also worship at the doorway of that gate before the LORD on the sabbaths and on the new moons.
І буде вклоня́тися наро́д кра́ю при вході цієї брами в суботи та в новомі́сяччя перед Господнім лице́м.
“The burnt offering which the prince shall offer to the LORD on the sabbath day shall be six lambs without blemish and a ram without blemish;
А те цілопа́лення, що князь принесе́ Господе́ві субо́тнього дня, це шість безва́дних овець та безва́дний баран.
and the grain offering shall be an ephah with the ram, and the grain offering with the lambs as much as he is able to give, and a hin of oil with an ephah.
А жертва мучна́ — ефа́ на барана́, а на овець жертва хлі́бна, — скільки дасть рука ного, а оливи — гін на ефу́.
“On the day of the new moon he shall offer a young bull without blemish, also six lambs and a ram, which shall be without blemish.
А в день новомі́сяччя — молодий бик з великої худо́би, безва́дний, і ше́стеро овець та баран будуть безва́дні.
“And he shall provide a grain offering, an ephah with the bull and an ephah with the ram, and with the lambs as much as he is able, and a hin of oil with an ephah.
І ефу на бика, і ефу на барана приготує він хлі́бну жертву, а на овець — як сягне́ рука його, а оливи — гін на ефу́.
“When the prince enters, he shall go in by way of the porch of the gate and go out by the same way.
А коли прихо́дитиме князь, то він уві́йде ходом сіне́й брами, і тим же ходом своїм ви́йде.
“But when the people of the land come before the LORD at the appointed feasts, he who enters by way of the north gate to worship shall go out by way of the south gate. And he who enters by way of the south gate shall go out by way of the north gate. No one shall return by way of the gate by which he entered but shall go straight out.
А коли наро́д краю буде прихо́дити перед Господнє лице в свята, то хто входить ходом півні́чної брами, щоб поклонитися, ви́йде ходом брами півде́нної, а хто входить ходом брами півде́нної, ви́йде ходом брами півні́чної, — не ве́рнеться ходом тієї брами, яким увійшов, але́ ви́йде протиле́глою йому́.
“When they go in, the prince shall go in among them; and when they go out, he shall go out.
А князь буде серед них: при вході їх вві́йде, і при ви́ході їх ви́йде.
“At the festivals and the appointed feasts the grain offering shall be an ephah with a bull and an ephah with a ram, and with the lambs as much as one is able to give, and a hin of oil with an ephah.
А в свята та в урочи́сті дні буде хлі́бна жертва, — ефа́ на бика й ефа́ на барана́, а на вівці — скільки дасть рука його, а оливи — гін на ефу́.
“When the prince provides a freewill offering, a burnt offering, or peace offerings as a freewill offering to the LORD, the gate facing east shall be opened for him. And he shall provide his burnt offering and his peace offerings as he does on the sabbath day. Then he shall go out, and the gate shall be shut after he goes out.
А коли князь приготу́є доброві́льного дара, цілопа́лення або мирні жертви, дар для Господа, то відчинять йому браму, що звернена на схід, і приготує своє цілопа́лення та свої мирні жертви, як готує за суботи, і ви́йде, і замкну́ть браму по його ви́ході.
“And you shall provide a lamb a year old without blemish for a burnt offering to the LORD daily; morning by morning you shall provide it.
А вівцю́ однорічну, безва́дну, пригото́виш на цілопа́лення кожен день для Господа, щора́нку пригото́виш його.
“Also you shall provide a grain offering with it morning by morning, a sixth of an ephah and a third of a hin of oil to moisten the fine flour, a grain offering to the LORD continually by a perpetual ordinance.
А жертву хлі́бну пригото́виш до нього щора́нку, шосту частину ефи, а оливи — третину гіна, щоб покропи́ти пшеничну муку, — це хлі́бна жертва для Господа, постанови вічні наза́вжди.
“Thus they shall provide the lamb, the grain offering and the oil, morning by morning, for a continual burnt offering.”
I приготують вівцю й жертву хлі́бну та оливу щора́нку на стале цілопа́лення.
‘Thus says the Lord GOD, “If the prince gives a gift out of his inheritance to any of his sons, it shall belong to his sons; it is their possession by inheritance.
Так говорить Господь Бог: Коли князь дасть кому́ зо своїх синів да́ра зо спа́дку свого́, це буде належати його синам, як їхнє володі́ння в спа́дщині.
“But if he gives a gift from his inheritance to one of his servants, it shall be his until the year of liberty; then it shall return to the prince. His inheritance shall be only his sons’; it shall belong to them.
А коли він дасть да́ра з свого спа́дку одно́му з своїх рабів, то це буде належати йому аж до року волі його, та й ве́рнеться кня́зеві, бо це його спа́док, тільки синам його він нале́жатиме.
“The prince shall not take from the people’s inheritance, thrusting them out of their possession; he shall give his sons inheritance from his own possession so that My people will not be scattered, anyone from his possession.”’”
А князь не ві́зьме зо спа́дку наро́ду, витискаючи їх з їхнього володіння, — із свого володіння дасть своїм сина́м спа́док, щоб ніхто з наро́ду Мого не розпоро́шився зо свого володіння.
The Boiling Places
Then he brought me through the entrance, which was at the side of the gate, into the holy chambers for the priests, which faced north; and behold, there was a place at the extreme rear toward the west.
І впрова́див мене входом, що при боці брами, до свяще́нних кімна́т для священиків, що звернені на пі́вніч; і ось там є місце на їхньому за́дньому боці на за́хід.
He said to me, “This is the place where the priests shall boil the guilt offering and the sin offering and where they shall bake the grain offering, in order that they may not bring them out into the outer court to transmit holiness to the people.”
І сказав він мені: Оце місце, де священики бу́дуть варити жертву за провину та жертву за гріх, де будуть пекти́ жертву хлі́бну, щоб не вино́сити до зо́внішнього подві́р'я, і не посвятити народа.
Then he brought me out into the outer court and led me across to the four corners of the court; and behold, in every corner of the court there was a small court.
І він вивів мене до зо́внішнього подві́р'я, і провів мене по чотирьо́х ро́гах подвір'я, — і ось ще подвір'я на кожному розі подвір'я.
In the four corners of the court there were enclosed courts, forty cubits long and thirty wide; these four in the corners were the same size.
На чотирьо́х ро́гах подвір'я були малі подвір'я, — сорок ліктів завдовж і тридцять завши́р, міра одна для них чотирьо́х, простоку́тні.
There was a row of masonry round about in them, around the four of them, and boiling places were made under the rows round about.
І був ряд каміння навко́ло них, навколо них чотирьо́х, і поро́блені ку́хні під горожею навколо.
