The Sin of Nadab and Abihu
Now Nadab and Abihu, the sons of Aaron, took their respective firepans, and after putting fire in them, placed incense on it and offered strange fire before the LORD, which He had not commanded them.

The Sin of Nadab and Abihu
And Nadab and Abihu, the sons of Aaron, took either of them his censer, and put fire therein, and put incense thereon, and offered strange fire before the LORD, which he commanded them not. -
The Profane Fire of Nadab and Abihu
Then Nadab and Abihu, the sons of Aaron, each took his censer and put fire in it, put incense on it, and offered profane fire before the Lord, which He had not commanded them. -

The Death of Nadab and Abihu
Aaron’s sons Nadab and Abihu took their censers, put fire in them and added incense; and they offered unauthorized fire before the Lord, contrary to his command. -
The Sin of Nadab and Abihu
Aaron’s sons Nadab and Abihu put coals of fire in their incense burners and sprinkled incense over them. In this way, they disobeyed the LORD by burning before him the wrong kind of fire, different than he had commanded. -

Надав и Авиуд, сыны Аароновы, взяли каждый свою кадильницу, и положили в них огня, и вложили в него курений, и принесли пред Господа огонь чуждый, которого Он не велел им;

Аронові сини, Надав і Авігу, взяли кожен свою кадильницю й вклали до них жару та й посипали на нього ладану, і принесли перед Господом вогонь негодящий, якого він їм не заповідав.

І взяли́ Ааро́нові сини, Нада́в та Аві́гу, кожен кадильницю свою, і дали́ в них огню, і поклали на ньому кадило, і прине́сли перед Господнє лице чужий огонь, якого Він не наказав був прино́сити їм.

Сыновья Аарона, Надав и Авиуд, взяли каждый свою кадильницу, положили в них тлеющие угли, добавили благовоний и принесли Господу чуждый огонь,14 чего Он им не велел.

А два Ааронові сини, Надав та Авіюд, узявши кожен свою кадильницю, поклали в них вогню, вкинули в них ладану і принесли перед Господом сторонній вогонь, — якого Господь не велів їм приносити.
