New American Standard Bible
‘If the people of the land, however, should ever disregard that man when he gives any of his offspring to Molech, so as not to put him to death,
-
And if the people of the land do any ways hide their eyes from the man, when he giveth of his seed unto Molech, and kill him not:
-

If the members of the community close their eyes when that man sacrifices one of his children to Molek and if they fail to put him to death, -

And if the people of the land do at all close their eyes to that man when he gives one of his children to Molech, and do not put him to death, -
And if the people of the community ignore those who offer their children to Molech and refuse to execute them,

и если народ земли не обратит очей своих на человека того, когда он даст из детей своих Молоху, и не умертвит его,

А коли земляки заплющать очі на того чоловіка, як віддаватиме когось із дітей своїх Молохові, і не схочуть його вбити,

Если народ общины закроет глаза на то, что кто-то отдал своего ребенка Молоху, и не предаст его смерти,

Якщо ж корінні жителі тієї землі таки не зважатимуть [3] своїми очима на того чоловіка, коли він даватиме своїх дітей володареві, та не вб’є його,
