Now the LORD spoke to Moses and to Aaron, saying,

“The sons of Israel shall camp, each by his own standard, with the banners of their fathers’ households; they shall camp around the tent of meeting at a distance.
Ізраїльські сини нехай стають табором таким чином: кожний, наступний до нього, згідно зі своїм підрозділом, за своїми прапорами й за своїми родами по батьківській лінії. Ізраїльські сини ставатимуть табором навпроти намету свідчення, довкола нього.
“Now those who camp on the east side toward the sunrise shall be of the standard of the camp of Judah, by their armies, and the leader of the sons of Judah: Nahshon the son of Amminadab,
Ті, хто ставатиме табором першим, до сходу, — це підрозділ табору Юди зі своїми військовими силами; старійшина Юдиних синів — Наассон, син Амінадава.
and his army, even their numbered men, 74,600.

and his army, even his numbered men, 57,400.

“The total of the numbered men of the camp of Judah: 186,400, by their armies. They shall set out first.

“On the south side shall be the standard of the camp of Reuben by their armies, and the leader of the sons of Reuben: Elizur the son of Shedeur,

and his army, even their numbered men, 46,500.

“Then comes the tribe of Gad, and the leader of the sons of Gad: Eliasaph the son of Deuel,

and his army, even their numbered men, 45,650.
Його військові сили, які пройшли перепис, складали сорок п’ять тисяч шістсот п’ятдесят.
“The total of the numbered men of the camp of Reuben: 151,450 by their armies. And they shall set out second.
Усі, хто пройшов перепис з табору Рувима, з їхніми військовими силами, — сто п’ятдесят одна тисяча чотириста п’ятдесят. Вони рушатимуть другими.
“Then the tent of meeting shall set out with the camp of the Levites in the midst of the camps; just as they camp, so they shall set out, every man in his place by their standards.
А намет свідчення і табір левітів буде встановлений посередині таборів. Як будуть ставити табір, так будуть і рушати, — кожний наступний за своїм порядком.
“On the west side shall be the standard of the camp of Ephraim by their armies, and the leader of the sons of Ephraim shall be Elishama the son of Ammihud,
Підрозділ табору Єфрема з їхніми військовими силами буде до моря; [1] старійшина Єфремових синів — Елісама, син Еміуда.
and his army, even their numbered men, 40,500.

“Next to him shall be the tribe of Manasseh, and the leader of the sons of Manasseh: Gamaliel the son of Pedahzur,
А ті, хто наступним ставатиме табором, — це плем’я Манасії; старійшина синів Манасії — Гамалиїл, син Фадасура.
and his army, even their numbered men, 32,200.
Його військові сили, які пройшли перепис, становлять тридцять дві тисячі двісті.
“Then comes the tribe of Benjamin, and the leader of the sons of Benjamin: Abidan the son of Gideoni,
А ті, хто наступним ставатиме табором, — це плем’я Веніамина; старійшина Веніаминових синів — Авідан, син Ґадеоні.
and his army, even their numbered men, 35,400.
Його військові сили, які пройшли перепис, складали тридцять п’ять тисяч чотириста.
“The total of the numbered men of the camp of Ephraim: 108,100, by their armies. And they shall set out third.
Усі, хто пройшов перепис з табору Єфрема, з їхніми військовими силами, — сто вісім тисяч сто. Вони рушатимуть третіми.
“On the north side shall be the standard of the camp of Dan by their armies, and the leader of the sons of Dan: Ahiezer the son of Ammishaddai,

and his army, even their numbered men, 62,700.

“Those who camp next to him shall be the tribe of Asher, and the leader of the sons of Asher: Pagiel the son of Ochran,
А ті, хто наступним після нього ставатиме табором, — це плем’я Асира; старійшина Асирових синів — Фаґеїл, син Ехрана.
and his army, even their numbered men, 41,500.
Його військові сили, які пройшли перепис, складали сорок одну тисячу п’ятсот.
“Then comes the tribe of Naphtali, and the leader of the sons of Naphtali: Ahira the son of Enan,
А ті, хто наступним ставатиме табором, — це плем’я Нефталима; старійшина синів Нефталима — Ахіре, син Енана.
and his army, even their numbered men, 53,400.
Його військові сили, які пройшли перепис, становлять п’ятдесят три тисячі чотириста.
“The total of the numbered men of the camp of Dan was 157,600. They shall set out last by their standards.”
Усі, хто пройшов перепис з табору Дана, з їхніми військовими силами, — сто п’ятдесят сім тисяч шістсот. Вони рушатимуть останніми, за їхнім порядком.
These are the numbered men of the sons of Israel by their fathers’ households; the total of the numbered men of the camps by their armies, 603,550.
Це — перепис ізраїльських синів за їхніми родами по батьківській лінії. Весь перепис таборів з їхніми військовими силами — шістсот три тисячі п’ятсот п’ятдесят чоловік.
The Levites, however, were not numbered among the sons of Israel, just as the LORD had commanded Moses.
Левіти ж не були пораховані між ними, як і заповів Господь Мойсеєві.
Thus the sons of Israel did; according to all that the LORD commanded Moses, so they camped by their standards, and so they set out, every one by his family according to his father’s household.
Тож ізраїльські сини зробили все, що заповів Господь Мойсеєві. Так вони отаборювалися за їхнім порядком, і так рушали, — кожний послідовно за своїми племенами, за родами по батьківській лінії.
