Then Balak said to him, “Please come with me to another place from where you may see them, although you will only see the extreme end of them and will not see all of them; and curse them for me from there.”

Тоді Балак до нього й каже: “Йди зо мною на інше місце; звідти побачиш тільки край народу, усього ж його не побачиш; проклени мені звідти.”

І каже йому Балак: Ходїмо зо мною на инше місце, звідкіля мож побачити їх; та тільки тих, що поперед, бачити меш їх, а всїх не побачиш. І проклени менї їх із відтам. -
І сказав до нього Балак: „Ходи ж зо мною до іншого місця, звідки побачиш його. Тільки частину його будеш бачити, а всього його не побачиш. І прокляни мені його, мого ворога, звідти!“

Тогда Валак сказал ему:
— Пойдем со мной в другое место, откуда ты сможешь их увидеть. Там ты увидишь только некоторых, не всех. Тогда прокляни их для меня оттуда. -
Тоді Валак промовив до нього: Давай ідемо ще зі мною на інше місце, звідки не побачиш його всього, — хіба якусь його частину побачиш, а всього не побачиш. Прокляни його мені звідти!
