Then Balak’s anger burned against Balaam, and he struck his hands together; and Balak said to Balaam, “I called you to curse my enemies, but behold, you have persisted in blessing them these three times!

Balak Dismisses Balaam
And Balak's anger was kindled against Balaam, and he smote his hands together: and Balak said unto Balaam, I called thee to curse mine enemies, and, behold, thou hast altogether blessed them these three times. -
Then Balak’s anger was aroused against Balaam, and he struck his hands together; and Balak said to Balaam, “I called you to curse my enemies, and look, you have bountifully blessed them these three times!

И воспламенился гнев Валака на Валаама, и всплеснул он руками своими, и сказал Валак Валааму: я призвал тебя проклясть врагов моих, а ты благословляешь их вот уже третий раз;

Запалав Балак гнівом на Валаама, сплеснув руками та й каже: “Проклясти ворогів моїх я покликав тебе, а ти ось утретє те тільки й робиш, що їх благословляєш.

І запалав гнївом Балак на Білеама, і сплесне він руками, і каже Балак Білеамові: Проклясти вороги мої покликав я тебе, і се навіть благословеннєм благословив єси їх оце вже три рази. -
І запалав гнів Балаків на Валаама, і сплеснув він у долоні свої! І сказав Бала́к до Валаама: „Я покликав тебе прокля́сти ворогів моїх, а ти ось, благословляючи, поблагословив їх оце тричі!

Валак разгневался на Валаама. Он сжал кулаки и сказал ему:
— Я призвал тебя проклясть моих врагов, а ты благословил их три раза подряд! -
Тоді Валак розгнівався на Валаама, він сплеснув своїми руками… Я тебе покликав, щоб проклясти мого ворога, — сказав Валак Валаамові, — а ти ось уже втретє їх таки поблагословив [1]!
